I spoke to JC (mthrfkn jean-claude-van damme) on the telephone once for 5 minutes and this alone demonstrates that I am to lead.

JC happened to mention he was in a hot tub, right after his workout, for some reason. I had to wait for about 10 minutes before he even picked up, but I had an intro so I wasn't blindly soliciting. He wanted some multi acre lot in the malibu hills to build on and I couldn't really help him so I never followed up. I was only into pre-existing home sales at the time and I figured I'd be spinning my wheels learning about land and dealing with zoning.Interest rates shot up, market went to shit. I bailed out of that career and town not that long after. But not before I was a weekend manager and barista at a cool coffee house in the lobby of a tall office building one block from the ocean in santa monica. That's where I gave chevy chase four quarters for a dollar for parking meter change. I grew up laughing to that fkr so i got a kick out of that.

I hate politics of any kind, I just want some herb, good company (cats) and freshroast coffee. I nominate these people-people: @stinkyjoe, @whisker biscuit and @HeidiFleiss
