Brown/yellow spots, same problem for years

hi how are we all, had this problem for roughly 3 years now, ever since I've moved to this house honestly, Brown spots and dying leafs, quarter sized plants, very dry feeling leads and crunchy as such.
I've bought numerous r o water filters, tried multipart nutrients, single, different company's, cal mag, lime.
Also tried numerous "styles", flood to waste, aeroponics, bubble bucket, drip feed 15/15.
Also tried different mediums, coco fibre, Rockwool, clay balls.
I've tried having lower ph to higher ph, no difference, also tried lower ppm compared to higher, no difference.
Tried hoods vs China hats, no intake vs intake fan, same with exhaust.
Even bought a humidifier to moisten things up a bit, no change, also went from tents to reflective plastic, no difference.
Also bug bombed etc but no fix.
Sorry for the big list and read but thought I'd try and cover everything, any ideas please I'm all ears, I've tried researching and following advice but nothing has helped.

Hey typhoon, I would ask how it is going but I can see your having some real issues.
Now this may be a Phosphorus def. do you notice a bluish green and I see you said crunchy.
A lack of phosphorous causes stunted growth. your leaves may be smaller blotches often appear Petioles turn reddish to purple on bottom side of leaf.
the older leaves turn dark and start to curl downward.
the leaves later will become bronzish purple and contort and fall off.
your flowering will be slow or delayed.
Treat Deficiency
Lower PH to 5.5 to 6.2 in hydroponic
In soil 5.5 to 6.5 should be good then the phosphorus will become available, if the soil becomes too acidic and an excess of Iron and zinc exists, Phosphorous will be unavailable for your plant.
Hope you get this problem straightened out.
Maybe someone else whom knows exactly what is going on, I can only guess by what I am seeing and hearing,
There are more experience out here hope it helps you,
Because having an issue that long can be taxing.

It looks like a Cal mag issue and possibly phosphorus . Google cannabis Cal mag deficiency ( images) it's all right there partner.

I've tried keeping the ph down but still seems to lock out uptake, could my ph down be causing this by any chance ? I'm using sulfuric acid, thanks in advance again and the big reply mate

Couple photos to add, also something to mention is ph changes rapidly and easily, no matter on nutes, currently using rock fusion, mainly used Dutch master, also tried Aqua flora, that lowered ph below 3

Edit also have a lot of salt build up on clay balls

Edit#2 found another post on another forum, similar problems, he used "House & Garden Drip Cleaner", thinking i may give this a try

My recommendation is to try a product like Sunshine #4. It is a medium much like coco but easier to grow in and much more forgiving of mistakes. It has a PH buffer in it that will keep the PH in a proper range even if you are feeding a little too high or low of PH. I also recommend Maxi-Gro and Maxi-Bloom from General Hydroponics. They are really easy to use and i have never had a problem. They are also really cheap. Just use the Gro for veg and the bloom for flower at around 600-800 PPM every watering (using a RO water filter so u start with low ppm water).

try vinegar as a ph down or adding fermented extracts. fermented extracts usually have a ph of 2-3 and can supplement nutrients safely

. sulfuric acid would add water soluble sulfur pretty frequently.

so this would lead to a molybdenum deficiency
