what nutes do you guys feed your clone in the 1 -2 week veg before fliping it to flower

It might actually help to not give it any and flush the plant to prepare it for flowering, it can help improve yield if done right.

I tried and ended up hurting the flowering stage the first time I tried it.

im new at this an trying something new i wanna try out SOG Clone 12/12 with 2 week veg in coco/pearlite.

Would i get any growth giving it nothing but plain water for 2 week ?

Not too experienced with that technique. Hopefully someone else on here has some background on that.
