Worst thing to come to NorCal is legalization.

An indoor pound used to sell for $400+. Some times of the year we used to get an easy $5000 per pound of dank indoor. Even outdoor was $2500.

I would be lucky to get $3200 for a top shelf elbow now. And hell. Outdoor is virtually worthless. Its $500 a pound here for 9 months.

Now we have enforcement poking around, pot seeking travelers (out of towner thieves is more like it), idiots telling the world how much they make because they think its actually OK with law enforcement.

The only good thing to come of it in this particular area is giant backyard plants and cops just shrug their shoulders.

I meant $400 for an indoor ounce not pound...

That's cool. I always make it a policy to only break one law at a time, so I always avoided growing with guns. Out here its a mandatory 5 years.
Dude I put game cameras on my plants. I'll know if the law has been there.

"Oh hey officer, I'm just scouting for deer."

Pot cops are pretty smart. They have many more years experience in putting people in cages than we have of avoiding them as growers.

And rangers. BLM. USGS (who I used to work for), etc. They all have guns and badges. And cuffs and radios.

Just be very careful.

I guess what I am asking you, TWS, is why are you trying to be such a punk bitch?

Its cute. But totally unnecessary. You quoted my reply. Not the other way around troll.

Cool. You know they can use that against you for more time too right?
How's that?

Generally speaking, cops have a lower aptitude.

They would never be able to prove it. Iif I see something on the cameras I won't go back and the cameras are nowhere near the plants.

Got to be one step ahead.

Its only a misdemeanor for a few plants here.

The state is just not that interested in it unless its a huge grow.

I'm not talking about beat cops. On talking marijuana eradication enforcement. They are much smarter than you think.

And any "sophistication to avoid detainment" is a sentence enhancement.

So is using a special skill to commit a crime. Like hacking into banks. Its a charge, plus enhancement and mandatory minimum for the skill level of the criminal.

But federal sentencing is also determined by how long you have spent in jail up to the point of your arrest.

No time in jail=shorter sentence.

Lots if time in jail previously=longer sentence.

Trust me. I spent a long time in both federal and state for growing

State sentencing is much more flexible. Up to the judge. The feds have very strict sentencing guidelines.

I'm not going to argue with you.

The gun is not "on" me when I tend plants and the camera is a long ways from the plants.

They can't prove anything.

Thanks for the info but this isn't my first rodeo.
