I'd get it potted up in a small square pot, water in with 1/4 - 1/2 strength nutes and a weak seaweed mix, I've got 100% success on my clones since I started using seaweed. If it's been under a dome then take it off gradually for longer periods every time, don't remove it all at once or it'll stress out your clone. I killed a couple that way. Once they're in their new pots and start getting normal, healthy new growth then I consider them to be in veg.
