Id run the dehumidifier outside the tent with the door open. The Ac might not even be needed when you take the dehumidifier out. Really just have to mess with it till it's right. If the Ac isn't cooling it's not dehumidifying.

If you want a completely sealed tent/ room you'll most likely need both if you have a high plant count. More plants = higher humidity and drying air raises temps.

I just dumped a few plants to a friend but still have 22 large plants left in a 10x20. 70pint dehumidifier never shuts off and I'm hovering around 60% rh also have a 12k window Ac that's struggling due to the dehumidifier heat keeping things around 85 degrees.
Can I run the dehumidifier outside and connect it with ducting back into the tent?

I'm real happy with how both these lights are performing in veg. So, The HH is a $800 veg light. I guess I'm lucky though, could've been a total wash. Still thinking about replacing the HH COBs.
The Amare is doing great on full power too. I wasn't sure if it would give me my desired veg effect with the cobs on but it does. Good intermodal spacing & stocky, thick stalks.
Hopefully these will be going on the flower room this week. The next ones going on here will be flowering under Amare shortly thereafter when my lights come in. They're all dying to get outta their 6" pots & into 3gall. Here's a pic like a week ago under the select-spec T-5. image.jpgMuch bigger now & ready for transplant.
Waiting on the green-light for my Pro-4's.
I'll be flowering these plants younger then their usual 2 month+ veg. I won't have enough light or room ready to do all 12 as big as the other ones are.
Maybe I'll just go from the 6" Potts right to 5 gall & into flower under the LEDs. Gotta fit them into 6.5'x10'.
Getting rid of the Strawberry Cookie & Cinderella-99 in exchange for Grape-Stomper, Ace of Spades, & Norfhern Lights. These next 2 runs are all different strains. Like 15 different. Gotta find out what will be the keepers.
Considering trying the new Remos' nutrients. Also wanna try that Mammoth-P organic tea stuff. Heard good things & saw Growmau5 do a side by side w/ it. Looked amazing.

Your grow is looking great hybrid. Lots of action I see. When will your lights be in/ordered?

I was just looking at the mammoth-p on my ride home from work. Growmau5's had an amazing improvement using it. There is always something new and exciting to try out. Again things are looking great man. Keep up the good work

Started cleaning up the bottoms last night. These LEDs kick ass in veg. Now that I see the HH doing so well in veg, I now understand why my commercial growing friends use them in veg in conjunction w/ their other lighting but they don't use them In flower. My buddies got a few cheepies. He has huge Wharehouse grows & is about to line the Barn grow with all Amares, replacing all his 1000 watt HPS hoods after seeing my Amare in action. I've Kindve been the Ginni-Pig for us. That's why I bought 3 different LEDs to try & have studied my balls off all year. Not just for me but for my buddy who does real Big Things. He & I cannot afford to yield any less then we do w/ our HPS. Amare will be the replacement for us, yielding the same or more w/ 2/3's the light power & allot less on venting & cooling. All things considered, I'd say it's about 1/2 the total power to run Amare as opposed to HPS & still get the same harvest yield. We'll see next flower run w/ 5 lights how it will reflect on my electric bill. I'll post my findings so we can determine exactly how much energy I saved while still getting a pound or more from each fixture.
Actually my HPS room has taken me so much to finally get right, I'll be keeping mine & will just build the LED room separately. He will be replacing the HPS @ the Barn w/ all Amares. That's a big investment that I'm really proud to have provided the insight for through my Led experience.
Started loli-popping & will be transplanting today hopefully.
image.jpg image.jpg See my broken foot! Uuuggghh, freaking can't wait to get this cast off. Really slowing me down. My girls a trooper though, listens well & had a solid month of training before I got the surgery. So, she's holding it down pretty well. I'm proud of her! :)

Oh man, broken foot sounds like a bitch. whens the cast coming off? Remember to still take it easy after its off. I just got through a fractured wrist and it was such a struggle. About 2 weeks ago I couldn't take it anymore and cut it off lol.

Plants are looking great. The HH seems interesting, great for veg but not for flower. Do you think its more the color/temp of the LEDs? would be nice if you could incorporate in some 3000k 3590's some how and make your own veg/flower light. How many plants do you fit under the se-450? I tried 4 but they got to big. Down to 3 now with most plants but the one big one I have under one light itself.

I think it's time for an Amare only thread. People can share their experiences. Ask questions, pricing, news and updates. Seems like all the ones I have read get side tracked. The more people that can be saved from buying junk the better. My perpetual grow was a little to ambitious, I started a dozen more to close behind the ones in flower so I actually am ready for another round by next week. Can't wait! I feel I learned a lot about the light over the last couple months so this run should be much better. I'm hoping for a pound and a half per light minimum. If I can fit them then I know it will work. If things get to big I can add in the pro-4's and seperate the plants a little.

Keep us posted men. Love to watch the progress

We use the same totes to hold our soil. Oh right the plants! That was 4 weeks? Jeez
I know! Went by fast. Didn't think so either but it says 6/6 on the pot labels.
If I scroll back in the thread that will confirm it. But pretty sure 1 month ago they were transplanted from 6" pots. Feels like 2-3 weeks though. I'll scroll back to see for sure.
Getting the Mini-Split today! These will be under a double trellis & 1/2 will be up on crates. I like to get em up n spread em wide. By doing this, there's rarely much to lol-pop & just about the whole plant gets used, making for a heavy harvest most times.

Id love to pick one up but I already have one in my house and need a second. Nevermind my grow room. 2 more months hopefully and the biggest heat wave will be over. Are u gonna use it all year hybrid or just in summer?
