What dispensary has good clones?

Ive grown clones from the healing canna, not the most potent but no bugs/mold issues, they only seem to sell their lower shelf strains tho, i have heard bad things about acme clones, like lots of bugs so i stay away from them, i got clones from the clone store in Denver and laconte's clone bar, neither had problems , i grew clones from altitude organic medicine but i heard they stopped doing clones, no problems to report from them but they only sold lower shelf strains as well, finding good clones is difficult cause most places only sell their lower shelf, i since moved on from buying clones and now run my own clones from plants i hunted from seed.

It's legal to gift clones to people over 21, donations legality i am unsure of but i think accepting donations and not pushing them is ok right?
 
it is illegal to ask for or receive anything in exchange/trade for anything marijuana related. states so in A64, no gray area if people tell you otherwise they have not been busted for it not that it is legal. only way to profit of weed legaly is be a care giver or, get a licensed shop or grow op with a store front. outside of that it is illegal. now is it ok? that is a personal opinion

Thats why the word donation is important. You are allowed to transfer marijuana. A64 is important and otherwise you couldn't pass a joint to someone. Someone needs clones I will transfer you some. I'm in in the Springs.

Any exchanges of money doesn't look good. You can articulate it how you want but it won't be in your favor. That's what a lawyer has said.

BEST way would be take PayPal or some form of electronic transfer for soil. The. Meet up and gift the person something growing in that soil.
 
honestly you guys crack me up. always looking for the loop hole. give for free or that loop hole you are trying to wiggle through may turn into a noose. and no you can not trade mj for anything. you can gift and receive gifts in kind up to an ounce I believe it is. but do what ever you want it's a free country right?

If that's the case how does lazy lion work? They are unlicensed selling buds to anyone 21+ you just gotta know the loop hole words of "reimbursement" and "donation". I think that's how a lot of this stays in the grey area, at the cannabis cup they don't sell anything they gift with a strong nudge to a recommended donation, sometimes they sell you a t-shirt for 100 bucks and look a free pack of seeds comes with it, I think its all grey area the laws in this state are horrible.
 
with out the laws it would be worse. and hell i use to operate long ago in the "grey market". call it what it is. unregulated black-market. outside of legitimate caregivers selling only to their signed patients. if you don't have the state issued as well as a city and or county issued permits/licenses and you are not a caregiver selling to their signed patients then that pretty much clears it up. just call it what it is.

The laws all help the dispensary and regulate and cripple the homegrower/breeder, it was better before recreational, now they just make laws to help the dispensaries because the corporate weed has money to spend on lobbyists.

Gotta make that dollar. Right? I agree the dispensary owners are making some good money. ..I know one that said he's in the 6 digit figures. ... not sure if he's fibbing or not but I believe it.
 
I'm not seeing anything saying you cant give a clone to some one. just that you cant sell them. at least on the Colorado.gov website but they have been known to make mistakes. the plant count cap applies to home growers. caregivers have a different plant cap. look I'm not trying to argue and I know I come across as an ass but what would being able to legally sell your clones/home grown do for you? nothing. you think its hard to be a caregiver now imagine how bad it would be if every tom dick and harry could just spam post every site to sell their "fyre" at least this way you have a better chance of finding patients to supply

If people could legally sell genetics it would open up a whole industry look at cali's seed and clone industry it is huge they got all the good breeders. Who gives out clones for free? I did it one time gave out a tray of gorilla glue#4 clones to just be nice and spread the love but I would never give out any clones of plants I pheno hunted for free, they costed me money, time , and effort to get why wouldn't compensation be in order? The current laws only help the dispensary make more and more money and make it more difficult for home growers to do anything , the dispensaries don't even sell good clones they sell their junk so you gotta buy their good flowers. The whole industry out here is backwards all the laws protect the dispensary and put the home grower in harms way.
 
Sorry, I know "gift" as a verb is common usage these days, but it still bugs me.

give is a verb.

gift is a noun:.

So let me ask, is the following correct?:

You can give a gift of MJ legally to another person. If you give someone a clone and they give you one, those are just two individual acts of one person giving MJ to another. This is legal.

However if you give someone a clone and accept or require any compensation including "trading" one thing for another, that is not a gift. It is a trade for other compensation. This would include requiring a "donation" in trade. That is not legal.

I thought this was about an assault on home growers rights.and, and,...... you cant sell your home grow. that's the law as voted by the vast majority. and if you could what I said will be true every tom dick and harry will flood you out with "fyre" cuts and seeds at lower costs. Know how? because they will be lying of course but they don't care just gotta make them stacks right? you would have to sell so low you couldn't make any money at it. sounds great to me.

To sell in the regulated system you need to be a dispensary owner, I think you could imagine how much that costs. I am all for less regulation on home grows, the plant count restrictions on medical patients is beyond stupid.
