I've read a lot and asked a lot of questions some repetitive Lol, but after ordering most of my supplies I decided to begin.
For now I have:

Viagrow coconut coir
Miracle grow perlite
Calimagic
GH Trio flora,micro,bloom
a old bookshelf in a closet
a couple Cfls for now (have more)

Today I mixed the medium an placed the seed about an inch deep, an put a little bit of water over them just to keep the top wet. should I put plastic over the cups?
and I turned the fan off but should I turn it back on to keep it cool?
Thanks for any feedback in advance !!!

does the MG perlite have added nitrogen? start in solo cups with drain holes in the bottom because it is really hard to get a seed to grow in a big container trust me on that.

I'm starting in Styrofoam cups, I poked holes in the bottom for drainage and I'm not sure if perlite had nitrogen but I think it to did say something about plant food, it's from home depot.. and I'll buy a little 5 dollars thermometer er something on friday.. thanks for the input

so now that I've dropped my seed into the medium should I start watering with nutes now or wait til i see the taproot, and I'll start ph'ing after my 1st water

That MG Perlite does have nutes that will burn your seedlings. You have to wash & strain them out.

Putting clear wrap over the container with a couple of holes poked in it is fine. It's for keeping the medium from drying out. Once the plant pokes out of the soil you can take it off.

Check out the first link in my signature.

Thanks, so this mornin I woke up to water the seeds in the medium, an I happened to check the seeds I put into a paper towel (had gave up on em) an it was one sprouted in a dry paper towel with white hairs on the taproot.. I tried to hurry n plant it n water it with tap but I'm not sure if it'll make it

Might be ok, you never know, they're seriously hardy plants.

hmm I put a old fruit cup over 1 of the cups as a dome or whatnot like budzbuddha I didn cover the one that sprouted I don't want to mess up even more. which is better for the little seedling, 24 hour lights or 18/6

18/6 is fine , but stick with it and dont start switching cycles around. Blue spectrum for veg growth. You can put a CFL on her to get her started .

I dont know whatcha growing ( auto or photo ) but 18/6 is a good cycle to grow .
