Trichome + pistol method harvest

Hi everyone, I'm new to the site and this is my first indoor grow. (Outdoors was much simpler). My plants have lost a great deal of leaves that I believe was due to a lock out of nutrients at some point in the grow and it was never fully corrected. Regardless, buds have matured. After jumping the gun and harvesting early in the past, I'm looking for others advice and feedback on if they look ready for harvest. I am personally leaning toward another couple of weeks due to clear trichomes and white pistols but I am second guessing myself.

Plants are different but definitely sativa dominant. Here are some pics.

Looks good bro. I am pretty new to growing too. They don't look ready to me. What is causing your leaves to curl in like that?

I had recent bouts with high heat and high humidity, it's been corrected, also there's a bit of nutrient burn from my attempts to correct what I perceived as imbalances. No nutrients have been given for 3 weeks now

When clusters of white hairs are sticking straight out, your buds are not ready!

If you took a pic without the grow lights, just regular light, it's easier to judge. Agree with Hessam, looks to be too soon!
Have you already flushed your soil? I'm assuming!
