How do my plants look?

My friend told me that my plants are weak and not happy and they won't be able to hold a lot of buds. He said the branches are too thin and weak. These plants are 3 weeks old. should they be bigger and thicker. I thought the plants are doing okay myself until he saw them and told me what he thought. He knows more about plants than I do. just wanted to get some feedback on how my plants look.
Thanks

Two things
How far away is
your light from your plants?

Further the light the more stretch and the less light energy, too close you can burn your crop.

Have a ocillating fan?

good air circulation and helps strengthen your stems.

I got an oscillating fan and my light is 36 inches away from my canopy which is what the kind LED customer care told me. There was one day when I went to work and forgot I had left my heater on in my house. when I came home, the inside of my tent was 90 degrees. plus the soil was bone dry. They all looked so dead that I contemplated throwing them all away . But I kept them and took care of them from that point on. I learned my lesson and never neglected them again. I'm just wondering if the damage is already done and that's why they look scrawny like that no matter what I do?

How many watts is your LED panel? You should be ok ive had plenty of times where i just couldnt get home to water my girls, they always bounce right back and long as your not too late and the leaves get crunchy. I also use LST to make a more even canopy and help light reach and penetrate. Personally I would lower your light and bring it closer as long as you can still get the same coverage, but still far enough away so you dont burn your girls. Play with it and watch it closely over the next few days.

I would top these plants then place them closer to the light also have good air flow waving the stems.. The tall one I would probably cut in half

Definitely chop big one in half top ever tip on smaller ones mabey drop nutes look to be growing very hard burn on bottom leaves jmo good luck

I'm with the guys who would cut your plants back for a more even canopy. It makes more effective use of the light
Just give yourself more veg time and I think 24" is too far. My led's were always about 6" away. They were about 300 watts to give you an idea of intensity. If you do this keep an eye on the new growth to make sure it doesn't burn.
Plants look healthy
