FBI NOT GOING TO RECOMMEND INDICTMENT!!

Hillary was found guilty by the FBI of the very least negligence and ignorance. Because she is not being prosecuted does not mean she did not do wrong because she did, and that has been investigated and proven and the FBI has denounced her actions. Nothing in regards to this bogus rape charge has been proven in any court of law, nor has any investigation come to the conclusion that these charges from 20 years ago are true. Again, to get through your head I do not support Trump and will not vote for him, but I don't buy these bogus accusations either until it is proven.
She did do wrong. Her actions were denounced. An employee has been reprimanded. Exactly the correct punishment to fit the crime. You claim she is guilty of criminal acts. No evidence of this. Yet you continue to say she should be charged with criminal act, even though Comey said this:

In "similar circumstances," someone might face security or administrative sanctions, he said, but not criminal charges.

As a result, the FBI is recommending to Justice Department prosecutors that no charges be brought against Clinton.

And you guys say I'm retarded. Laughing at you.

Sure I'll explain it to you.....AGAIN. There is a plethora of evidence against hillary. You have to be severely mentally challenged to not acknowledge that fact.

And you are the only person I've heard make the Trump allegation. I've seen the claim made by ONLY YOU, just YOU. I repeat....only YOU.

google is a valuable tool.
And just last week, yet another “Jane Doe” filed a suit in New York accusing Epstein and Donald Trump of raping her at a series of sex parties when she was only 13.

Trump has denied Jane Doe’s claims and his reps have said he barely knew Epstein—even though New York media in the ’90s regularly chronicled his comings-and-goings at Epstein’s Upper East Side palace, and even though Epstein had 14 private numbers for Trump and his family in his little black book.

Only for those so privy to elude the punishment anyone else would be subject. We can agree to disagree.
I don't agree to disagree. I agree that you say Hillary is guilty of a criminal act even though there is no evidence to support this. I agree to use your standard on Trump.

Did you know that Trump raped a child four times? In front of people. Yuck

I didn't say she was guilty, I said she has done enough to be charged. Anyone else would have been charged, at which point we'd have a trial. That's how it works (or should) but often not if you have big ties to WallStreet or the Clintons.

Lots of people rape people, it's gross, Trump is kind of a disgusting person, so what do you want me to say. What does that have to do with an incompetent (really?) former secretary of state gunning for a promotion?

This is likely a fraction of the atrocities, just wait until some of the older NYC files come to light in the coming months/years....you don't exist in a privileged bubble of warped slumlord opulence for decades without leaving a filthy slime trail...

If you really wanna read some horror stories, Google his father, the original Babylon Vampire...

How many women did her husband rape? Allegedly..... ? Who is she still married to? Whats that say about her opinion of women, her husband, and her character? She also voted for Iraq, and blamed Libya on YouTube.

This versus actual unapproved server and 100 top secret emails.

Yup. You are certifiably insane.
So you would disregard the victim's words and a witnesses words about Trump. Yet continue to claim Hillary is guilty even after 18 months of investigation by the State Department and the FBI found no evidence of a criminal act.

There is no evidence that Hillary committed a criminal act. The lack of evidence is certified by the lead investigator for the FBI. Yet you claim Hillary is guilty

Pie, you sure have the hots for Trump. It's clouding your logic.

You disregard evidence of Trump's guilt in the form of statements by witness and victim. And then, without evidence claim Hillary is guilty. You are being hypocritical aren't you?

I don't believe I denied any of Trump/rape allegations.... please quote me where I did.

There is plenty of evidence that shows, at the very least which is most concerning, gross negligence based on incompetence or complacency.

I love how you somehow give me ownership of words that I've never said.

You believe the Trump allegations, but don't believe Hillary acted with negligence at the least? Please explain that while refraining from any hypocrisy in your statements/assertions in which you suggested the same of me. @Fogdog

You continue to put words in my mouth, and say claims I never made.... step back, read, respond appropriately and intelligently.

The lead investigator for the FBI says there isn't evidence of a criminal act. You have better access than he does? You say anybody else would be charged with a criminal act. No evidence of a criminal act.

So, now the standard for charging people of a crime is an accusation. At least that is your standard. Is that right?

I guess, if you're Hillary Clinton, you can fling thousands of emails of the highest security level, lie about it, have the head of the FBI point out your gross negligence, and somehow not constitute a crime.

So the head of the state department, the secretary of state, had a private server, passing high levels of classified information, lied about it, and then we found out she lied about it, it's all documented. The fact that the FBI "choosing" to not file a charge is not the same as a crime not being committed. I guess you forgot about that.

Did you not think that having enough power to appoint federal attorneys who find their way to the head of the DOJ doesn't give you a little inside when shit hits the fan?

Did you learn nothing when Ford pardoned Nixon?

The fix is in guys..... you wanna be blind that's your choice.

To further iterate my point...

If you worked at any company in which you had to sign a NDA (non disclosure agreement for anyone that doesn't know), and you not only removed intellectual property from the company but also were sending and receiving the information on servers outside of the company, you'd be terminated and likely face criminal and civil suit for theft of intellectual property. A promotion... ha.

Apparently NDA protections are more serious an issue than our highest level security classifications and protocol.

Ah, thanks for pointing out the conflict in logic.

So let me be clear:
I don't think there is evidence that Hillary committed a criminal act. And so is not guilty of committing one. This from the FBI's and State Department's statements.

I don't know if Trump actually raped a child. All I know is that there is a case proceeding through courts and that a witness has come forward. This all may be thrown out due to statute of limitations, so I may not ever know.

What you pointed out is the conflict in logic being made by Trump's supporters regarding Hillary. They say Hillary is guilty of a criminal act regarding the e-mail server shit storm. They say this even though there is an official statement saying otherwise.

So, Trump supporters say Hillary is guilty because she was accused by others. That's it. No evidence.

Trump is accused by others of committing rape of a child. Four times. In front of people, yuck. In this case, there is evidence. Doesn't the same standard hold for Trump? By Trump supporter logic, Trump is guilty of rape because he was accused by others.

Nobody is backing down regarding Hillary's guilt. And so I mock them.

Well, Ford pardoned Nixon. Can a person be pardoned if he isn't guilty?

Actually, the FBI found there was no evidence that Hillary lied about anything. Which is why they say there is no evidence of intent.

Can Trump rape a child without intending to?

So the official statement is always correct... the official statement is that cannabis is harmful, has no medical benefit and should be classified schedule 1. So you believe all official statements??

2. I never claimed she was guilty of a crime, but I have repeatedly pointed out her lying, and the FBI acknowledgement of her gross negligence. You have yet to concede that she acted negligently even though the FBI told us so.

She is on video saying what she sent and didn't send, the FBI has rebutted that and found much of what she said was not true.

Do you think YouTube was the root cause of the death of the ambassador?
