I just signed a new patient and he wants to be able to smoke. Edibles work great for him but smoking makes him cough.
He has had chemo three times and it has caused the lining of some of his internal organs to get really thin. So im thinking that might cause him to cough easier.
He says it really wrecks his whole body with pain when he coughs.
He wanted to know if there was a way to smoke without irritating his lungs. I suggested long pipes in the freezer, ice bongs, or breathing through the side of his mouth to draw extra cool air.
Are there any special tricks (without having to buy a new piece) that would help him?
