According to the US Department of Justice, blacks accounted for 52.5% ofhomicide offenders from 1980 to 2008, with whites 45.3% and "Other" 2.2%. The offending rate for blacks was almost 8 times higher than whites, and the victim rate6 times higher.

Pretty crazy that the stats for black murderers and the stats for blacks incarcerated are nearly the same level. It's almost like blacks commit crimes at higher rates than anyone else in our country.

In a way, yes.

It was a point I was going to make.

I think in either situation the sentence shouldn't be different. I'm referring to the numbers arrested.

The further you get from heavily populated areas the less police there are and the longer the response times.

I believe that's why more time is spent patrolling heavily populated poor areas. Crime is higher due to being poor not color. The pickings are easier. More convictions so the prosecutor looks better.

Oh wow, now I'm just making racism up. That's actually a first. Most will say that It's not as bad as I claim, but this is honestly the first time that I've been accused of actually making it up. That's fascinating.

I actually agree with a lot of this. Where we differ is with your classification of "some racism". It's absolutely everywhere. It's not happening to you, so you can play like it's really not that bad. I can't. I've gotta raise kids in this shit.

Nobody said that. Blacks kill so many of their own it's not even news worthy anymore. It's what is expected that's why nobody bats an eye when it happens because some how ya'll have raised a huge amount of psychopaths. "But teh police"
