My setup consist of:
2.7x2.7x3 tent
6" hyper stealth fan
6" carbon filter
6" inline fan silencer
2 T5 uv bulbs for flowering phase
1 220 watt solar flare led light equal to 400 watt hps
2 x 90 watt led ufo crappy lights
1 humidifier
Strain= 10 seeds of nysd x tuna kush from old school labs.

Ok I want do scrog, but first I want to breed the plant to get seed from it. I'm wondering what type of soil should I use. What's a good mix I can mix up?. What week in vegetation should I top them?.Any help is appreciated.

I had to write you because I wanted to know about your hyper stealth fan. I have an airforce2 which is silenced but I have not heard of a hyper stealth fan. Do you have a link from where you bought it so I can check it out?
Why breed seeds? Can you not just clone, silly question, you must have your reasons.

Pretty much I paid 140$+ shipping for these seeds and I would like more of them to give away to friends&family and I really don't have the room to support clones right now+ seed have more vigor than clones . and I wanted some really good genetics. My dispensary always have shitty clones with disease and mites, except 1x I got some purple kush clones and was the best bud I ever grew.& I really need help with a soil mix.

Ah that's exactly the same as my airforce2, now named isomax, only the speed controller is different. Same price I paid years ago too for an 8"
Are you sure you want to go soil and not coco? Coco so easy to use. No knowledge on soils I'm afraid.

@Dr.Pecker I get the impression from some of your posts you may be the guy to ask about soil mixes for the OP?

Soil is more forgiving, everything you need is in the soil. You don't need to add nutrients and you might not need to ph either. You can build your own or buy one of the many pre made varieties out there.

If your in the US you can get this stuff which I seems to be some good shit. http://royalgoldcoco.com/
If your in Europe then go for Canna Coco and use the appropriate Canna coco nutrients.
Its very simple, contains no NPK value so its easy to know what you are putting in. It is easy to buffer.
You treat it like hydro, so ph is lower than soil. Some folks mix up to 50% perlite into it but plenty use it as it is.
Its very forgiving, hard to overwater, contains some natural anti mold substance that I cant remember the name of, that's for the root zone, it doesn't prevent bud rot.
You can water more often and one of the best things is its something like 50-100% more aerated so root growth is great and again hard to overwater so less root rot issues.

the more i grow the more i find soil/nutrient brand matters less

its more important to feed when hungry the right amount and right food(diagnosing deficiencies), water when thirtsy but never too soon or too late

the rest is kinda meh

I dont actually use ppm or ph meters as of about a year ago because I know what my tap water PH is(6.2) and I let the soil buffer it and the nutrients I buy whatever is on special and start at half strengh and just listen to the plant

im not a good grower, just saying thqt having the right brands and products arnt gonna help if u dont have the basics down

Im growing from all clones and 5 tuna kush seeds from old school breeders i germinating them now.my clones consist of og tahoe, blue cookies, afghooey, 24k, datk star, clementine, banana og, and sunset sherbert. Im taking clones from all and should start flowering them in anout 2 weeks.
