So this is the baby plant I'm just curious what's wrong with her? I'm thinking over watered or underwatered but I can't tell honestly. She's in fox farms soil under enough light and everything! Please help!

Fox farm ocean forest soil and I watered it last with a little under a cup 4 days ago.

you should water your plant when the top of your soil feel dry, if it's 4 days, your baby need water

Also I just transplanted like 15mins ago. Is it gonna be okay to water it now?

I'v read different opinions about that, but, I alwais watered my plants after transplant and they're alive and kicking, so yes, water your plant now

I like to transplant when the current pot is a bit dry and and then watering...concentrating on getting the new soil wet and avoiding the transplated soil...hoping for a nice initial root reach into the wetness.

It was dry when j transplanted I think I broke a few roots with the transplant but nothing serious. Idk

My best guess is its being grown by new grower, and tend to be a little overbearing and love their plant to death.
The best way to know when to water is by the weight of the pot. Check the weight of a pot with dry soil in it. Then compare it to the weight of the pot your plant is in after watering.
The pot looks big compared to the plant so it'll take awhile to dry out. Let the plant do its thing. Allow the roots to grow searching for water, and try not mess with it to much. good luck.
