Same seeds, two different plants

From seeds, two of my diesel plants look alike. The third seed produced this plant that looks very different, at least in so far as the bud formation. On one of my pics you see a flat bud looking like a marigold in the center... even with different DNA, could the buds be so varied for one plant?

Think of each seed as an individual birth. Just as in humans two offspring from the same parent are rarely alike, this can also be seen in cannabis.

beat me to it, i always love to compare cannabis to people when ever possible to let people understand better..
 
Another anomaly is one of the buds seems to be ripe 16 days before it's supposed to. There is also some purpling on the edges of the leaves. Ripe?
