My normal full season is germinating seeds 1st week of sept and flowering starts january and finishes anywhere from march-april depending on strain
This tent idea to veg till about mid sept and then put plants outside should go into flower as its at 12 hrs ( tent with T5s will prob be 18/6) if they stay in flower i will have fresh buds sometime in dec.
Am hoping they stay in flower so i dont have to light dep them but like i said its a learning curve for me it can be done ive watched a few guys in outdoor do it the last couple years
I started flowering Feb last season : \ fucked me over.

No this how I make it
I have made it with bubblebags a fair few times and also tried a couple of times with butane gas.

I did dry sieve once similarly to the video.
The mesh wasn't fine though, it was a fly screen mesh I was using as a drying rack when I was harvesting.
Realised that heaps of crystals had fallen through. So I rolled a fatty and smoked em all.
Wasn't proper though ( obviously ).

What material did you use for the mesh?
Did it tell you how many microns it was like the bubble bags do?

I love hash!
Prefer the bubble bags over the butane for sure.

Would like to try your way though.
Looks awesome!

Are there Any aussies who provide genetics with other aussies on this thread
I'm not really sure what your asking buddy?

Provide genetics?
Like have our own breeding program?

Where in Aus are you from?
You an outdoor grower only or you indoor as well?

This would be one of the best ways of making hash I have tried them all.
The butane gas is more of a oil
But I have never used the bubblebags I just though the quality was not there but once again could be wrong

Update on winter breeding program. Biggest females are 2 foot tall just started flowering kc33 x ata tundra
Looks like you have your own little breeding program.....

Lol

You sticking mothers for these babies?
Keeping the males to get some seeds?
Is that why your calling it a "breeding program"?

I would have to agree, bubble isn't the best quality with the larger micron bags and the best bag ( tightest micron) has little weight to it.

The gas was oily at first, but when reduced by leaving the Pyrex dish on the fire ( outside off course) it goes hard. You have to scrape it off the dish with a blade but it is a little oily.....

What micron mesh or material did you use for your dry sieve?

i have a dry sieve tumbler. i made it myself using one of those big tubs that protein powder comes in.cut the sides out and stuck mesh in there. put a steel rod through the middle and i put the steel rod into the end of my power drill.

i use 220 mesh for mine still have some left over too im pretty sure. its super fine steel mesh.
in truth though i like bubble hash better. bubble seems to have more flavour.

there used to be a long time ago but after some clones were intercepted in the mail this thread went very quiet. i wouldnt recomend it
How the hell did people even send clones in the mail?

Wouldn't it be dead by the time it got there?

The only way you could effectively swap clones would be in person, I thought.

I caught up with a few people from roll it up in the past.
Never at my op.
But I have seen a couple of others peoples grows. Hung out and smoked a few fattys.
We helped each other out and shared a few cutting and what not.

But I was super paranoid the first few times we caught up.

Have to weight up the risk I guess.
Generally the risk is greater than the reward.
Unless your super confidant about your "mate".

you just get a 600ml drink bottle chop it in half, cut your clone and stick it in a rockwool cube or a root it plug then put it on the bottom half of the drink bottle, pack around it with newspaper or whatever so the clone doesnt shift then stick the top of the bottle back on with tape. drop it in a box and post it.

my local hydro store actually sells proper clone shipper's though. basically as long as the cut is moist it will be fine. or you could root it first then send it which is probably even better.

still wouldnt recommend it though. if someone on here had a cut i wanted bad enough i would drive halfway across the country to get it before i would mail it.

back when i first started growing i drove 10 hrs to nimbin to grab some sweet tooth seeds then 10 hrs home. that was a long drive but i was young and only just got my licence so still thought roadtrips were exciting

also back then ordering seeds wasnt as easy as it now

I based my grow in Al B Fuct,
He straight up inspired me to go all out and try replicate his Grow.

He was growing Sweet tooth Number4 for years.
He was very happy with it.

I'm keen to start up again like the old days ( lol ).

Still working it all out.
Not sure if I will get it back in Full force again.
But I will defitely get some fresh smoke again soon.

nimbin reminds me of two things...aussie bush weed and smelly hippies
I have never been to Nimbin, just looked it up.

About 10 and a half hours away and 850 km.

You think we could good get a " Roll it Up - weekend @ Nimbin " organised?

How many Aussies on here would be bothered you think?

I am also on another aussie grow forum and they have a large group that go to Mardi grass every year.

That would be a good time to go
