Anyone know what these spots are??

woke up the morning and i noticed that there was spots on one of my plants. it is also the only pant in my garden that the leaves are drooping. I dont know what they are who how to fix it, any help would be great.

Are those leaves toward the bottom or the top of your plant? How old are your plants and how long have they been in there current container?

no all the leaves are like that but they are just over 3 weeks old so been in the 3 gal for that time.
