I've got 3 fans going around the bedroom so it acts like a vaccum
I can't smell anything at the moment just scared if they start to smell in a couple week.
I'm 3 weeks into flower

Suprised by the amount of responses that dont pertain to op's original question. He has a fan and filter. He has negative pressure in his grow space. He has intake sorted. His temps aren't the issue.
He wants to know if and ona gel would cover the residual smell you get from opening the door to the grow room, in case of any unexpected guests at the front door ie postman, jehovahs witnesses, 5-0.
Yeah, ona gel should do the trick man. I don't use them because they are pricey. I use one of those ambi-pur 3-volution plug in bullshits that cycles through scents every 45 minutes so for a living space it's quite nice. I also use 89p neutradol, the same stuff that they've used in toilets for years. Because it works.
I hope you're planning to harvest and trim in the carbon filtered room, as you have a fucking stinky strain.

should be fine, ONA will work fine. only other way would be to put up some sort of plastic drape deal to put another layer between the door aperture and the room but it seems a bit overkill. just mind on and be sharp opening and closing the door you'll be fine.

Hear hear. Shouldn't need to be in and out of the door too many times in a day. Time your gardening when you're least likely to have visitors.
You can get motion sensor air fresheners too, so could have two;
One on the landing for a blast everytime you enter/leave the grow space
Second in the hall near the front door, that would blast anytime you go to welcome visitors.
As for smells, I find orange scents good at covering weed smells. Or, you could cook bacon 24/7. That should work

BINGO, one behind the front door one at the bedroom, quick in and out. smoke bongs into the filter with the door closed, none of this on the back step shit.

Hi. I tried the Ona Apple Crumble large gel jar. I put it around the outside of grow room near open windows etc. I poured some out in Smaller little plastic cups set them out.
Works but drys out too fast.
I added water to it as it neared the end of its smell life. Not worth 20 buck a pop. IMO. Much luck & grow lovely
