Here is my first light. It is built with items from Pacific Light Concepts. He was very helpful with my order. Really appreciate the service from him.

Anyways it is (8) 3590 cobs at 3500K run on a 1.4 amp driver. It has two on/off switches that turn off one side each. It is set up for dimming. There are two dimmer knobs that again do each side independent of the other. It also has a slot to use a c13 plug like on a HPS or MH ballast. It has a second slot to jump off of and a regular 110 outlet to run a fan or something else

Thanks but I did mess it up a little. I set my dimming box to far from the drivers. Then the cords from the drivers would not reach the glands on the box. So I moved it closer but it exposed the wires from the cobs. Originally they were to come up threw the back of the control box so that they would not be showing. Maybe on the next one I build this week I can fix that. Here is a picture of those wires.

Nice looking setup, is that steel or aluminum for the framework

It is aluminum painted black. One coat of etching primer and two coats of semigloss black.

The wires are buried in aluminum c channel which is covered by black aluminum coil stock bent to fit over the c channel. The cover is then attached with rivets to the c channel.

I would like to see close up pics if you get a chance

Here is the inside of the channel. The wires are hot glues in place.

The box is before the glands are installed and is the on off switch box.

The one where the wires come out of the channel is before I covered the wires with more c channel.

The box with the wires and wago connectors is the on off switch box. It is also the box that brings power in and has the jumper slots for another light or a fan.

If there is anything else you want a picture off let me know because it is getting hung tomorrow.
