I grow hydro with a rdwc system using Technaflora recipe for success nutes. With a home made mini fridge chiller system.
Im on week 2 of flowering phase right now. Pic below in 4x4 tent with 800 watt king led and 2 250 watt cfls.
2 bags of exhale CO2.

Ive stayed on both east and west side. Went to school on the west as well... Almira, Wilbur Wright, and Max Hayes... And to me Ohio isnt that bad as many States when it comes to cannabis. In texas if you get caught with a joint even you go to jail. Here its just a ticket. Up to 4 oz i I think.

I tries growing hydro in 2010 on my first grow but it was too tedious for me. Then I switched to soil growing. Now, my last few grows have been with subs super soil. I love it. Very simple, flavorful buds , smooth, potent smoke and decent yield.
BTW... I have 1000 watt hps for flower and separate 600 watt mh tent for veg.

Nice setup... Everytime i grow in soil in pots no matter what I do I always end up over watering. That was my main incentive to start hydro and as long as i keep it to 4-6 plants i can stay on top of it and it gives me something to do. Im disabled for the last 4 years its given me something to keep my busy.

Ohio state law is up to 100grams =$150.00 fine no dl suspension no record minor mistameaner.

I got a facebook page Sensible Youngstown abourt our decrim bill. I posted all the state law penalties for MJ.

Do either of you know about the decrim Cleveland petition? I dont know if they got enough signatures yet. But if passes up to 200 grams =7ounces no fine no penalty. I know Cleveland NORML has it to sign it if you guys want. Since the whole OMM thing died alot of decrim bills popping up all over ohio now.
We're working on our bill to decrim Youngstown but we wont be ready to try for this year.
I keep hearing theres going to be a big push for full legalization in 2020.

And thats the last ill go all activist unless youve ever got questions
But thats not what were here for this about growing and shareing.

Im playing with some clones right now and ive got a few of the older clones in solo cups and transplanted one to fox farm and vermiculite into a 1 gal pot the other day just working on my grow skills.

There i go rambling again youll always be able to tell when im high lol

I got popped with a joint once...got the ticket, and it was extremely difficult to find a job with that nonsense, total waste of my expungement...live and learn I've not delved to deep into MJ activism as I need to keep that seperate from my professional life...while my Insurance Company is pro herb..(progressive) the corporation I supply produce to is very adamant about being anti MJ...it boggles my mind that people still are so against personal choices in this country...ok off my soap box Not sure what gear you guys run but I run EVERYTHING from the smallest boutique breeder to the biggest....I'm always making crosses, F2's and beyond of certain gear if you guys are ever in need of something different...and it never hurts to have opinions on your work.... @squirt1961 sorry to hear your disability man I will be in that boat myself soon with my stomach, its turned itself against Tomatoes, Onions....well everything that isn't oatmeal..we'll have to have a cookout some day gentleman! and I don't mean food and grills!

Cookout sounds good. Especially today i just got bad news. Opened grow tent this morning and 3 of my 4 plants turned hermie overnight. I have no clue what happened the clones were all female i cloned for 2 weeks then switched to 12/12 and all of em were female.
Wwll time to start next batch this time im using feminized beans.
Im gonna start germination tonight. Northern lights and im gonna do a couple white widow/big bud.
Only thing i can see that mightve turned was that the temp in tent was a little high avg 80 but i heard with led its ok to have higher temps as long as water temp around 68.. today my nute/ water mix is at 63 usually its right at 67-68.
Do you think this could be reason they hermied.
Thats why i buy fem beans. But these were the freebies from nirvana random reg beans but im sure they were all 4 fem when i cloned and sexed them.
Oh well back to drawing board.

I've had my fair share of herms....temps seem ok.... no light leaks? nute def/burn? sucks man, i will say the best stone I ever got was from a hermi..

Is it worth it to keep em going or no? I was gonna yank them and completely sanitize system then start again with feminized beans. I was thinking maybe let grow and then make a tincture and oils with leaves.
They wont get actual buds right?
So will there still be sugar leaves even though not as potent?
Ive always yanked right away but this time its all of them

I dunno, if they aren't males for sure, you might as well finish it up and at least have some kind of smoke out of it...hard to say...in that spot I'd grow them out though
