In my current room I'm running a 400w hps. 4 plants. I want to add 2pannels marshydro2 900s. Would this be over kill for my room? I'm limited on head room. the plants are all trained

You could get rid of your hps an just run thouse led or supplement your leds with the hps but to run all three lamps at once I for see issuses for your grow if you do

Next my ledsare.a.full.spectrum and with the hps all on at.once I had bleaching bad yes to much light is to much light .
Now let's say you run your led for most of your light cycle I would let that Hps on for the noon time.of the light cycle for the hour or two to.stimulate the natural light cycle ......
But I would just run my leds seeing that I'm a cheep farmer and my goal is to produce the kindest bugs on a Mexican bud budget .
Ok I'm.running a.4x4x 6 1/2 tent .I have 144wx4 true power draw less I've tryed to.run a.600w hps at the same time . First the heat was unmanageable even with the aircooled tube dimmed all. The way down to 50% and a 6 inch fan going full out it almost cooked my crop.
