Those look frosty as hell and I love the deep purple color. Where did you get those genetics? Clone or seed? Did you have to drop temps to get the color like that?

Thanks! I still can't believe I grew that for only being my second plant ever. I got a clone off craigslist here in Colorado. He said it was sour d but I'm pretty sure it's NYCD. My night time temps are about 66.

Nice! I'm currently growing a bunch of NYCD right now! Mine we're seeds gifted from a buddy though. 3 days from harvest I see, but how many days of 12/12?
I'm on day 55, big swell happening, and super frosty.

I'm not positive it's NYCD but it sure does look like it. I don't think it's sour d like the guy said. I'm at day 71 right now.

I'm 99% sure mine are NYCD, and they're very similar to yours. I run at 66° at night, and I'm down to 75.1 lights on. I sure hope I get colors like yours! I got 3 different phenos out of 3 seeds; 1 short with big buds, 1 short with skinny buds, but lots of frost, and 1 tall big budded bitch that hermied on me TODAY. Check out my journal, you'll see the resemblance...

My temps are exactly the same! I'll check it out. Yeah it's defiantly a good strain.

Yeah everything thing the same from the first to the second. Just a lot more experience then second and way better genetics. I have a grow journal.

Looks sour to me! Very.....Some nice genetics to be sure! Very ECSD (east coast sour diesel) like......I like the coloring phenos you have...Hope you took cuttings!
Cooler night temps are doing a bit to help the color expression BUT, You have some that are expressing normally for the most part. Some that are more temp and K related.
Gotta ask, what are you feeding (brand and brand line)? Please list any supplements! Just interested.....
Your right at the edge of too much feeding (leaf tips)....But your doing very well for a second run!

Thanks! I'm using GH 3 part and I also used liquid Koolbloom and flora nectar. Yeah that burn was from a little earlier in flower. I've been flushing for about a week and half now and it's coming down Saturday at day 74.

"flushing is a "myth"......Take the time to look up how to dry and cure properly. This is time consuming and should be taken as much care doing as growing! A proper dry and cure negates any "flush"...I learned this decades ago..

I read that too, and asked the guru at the grow shop. He said only flush if using chemicals in soil, like supernatural or similar. And only flush for a couple days max.

Not really. But, again, that cpl of days is really doing nothing as far as removing or changing any "nutrient" or "salt" or whatever you chose to call "it" from the plant!
Any "chemical" used in synthetic is "ready" available to the plant! In organic, the bio's in the soil break them down to be available to the plant. Now here's the thing,,,,ready? The molecules the plant actually "up-takes" are exactly the same!!
I gotta ask....Did he suggest any "flushing agent/supplement" to help?

I'll take a look at that. Yeah I have done a ton of reading on drying and curing. I have 5 humidity Meters to put in my jars so I can get it perfect. And for drying I was going to hang the whole plant. Super dry in Colorado so I figured that would be the best way. I hear you get more flavor that way too.
