something's wrong with my babes

Hello,

I have a couple of seedlings about 3 weeks old who have started to look rather bad increasing over the past few days. I'm intending on growing then on my balcony (facing north west) but they've been mostly under a 42 watt cfl and fan for now as it's a bit chilly at the moment.

They started yellowing slightly on the lower leaves and past 2-3 days there's some brown patches. They're in potting soil and had no extra nutrients added yet.

Any idea what this is?

they're hungry. let the soil dry and then feed with some good liquid nutes for quick green up. you can use sold nutes too. the liquids work much faster but don't last as long. GL

What kinda soil did you get?
