Hello friends. 'Tis a very sad day. Over the last two days, my plants have started to die, and these were two seeds given to me by a buddy of mine who breeds his own genetics. The leaves have a very rough feel. My temps are around 77 during the day and 67 at night. Humidity hovers between 40-60%. They're 6" away from a Mars 300 LED. They are in MG organic choice soil. I used 3/4 strength general growth fertilizer, and put a handful of blac cow compost on the top of the soil a few days ago. I won't be able to put into words what the problem is better than pictures, so here you go. The first 3 are plant a and the last 2 are plant b. Both are chemdog x gdp fem. I'll send .02 BTC to whoever helps me save my plants. If this is against the rules let me know and I'll remove the offer immediately.

Your watering too frequently and your pH is swinging when you water. When you are giving nutrients, additives or just plant water you need to always set your ph the same each time. You are also feeding too heavily and the fan is blowing on them too hard. And I don't accept payments. Your plant is not in serious trouble correct the issues and the new growth will pop out beautiful instead of N tip burned.

Wow what a great community

What kind of ph meter do recommend. There is just a such a large variety I feel lost!

Is there anything I can do to get the cow compost out? If it's in there, and it's burning the plants, it can't be a good thing? Can I run a few gallons of distilled water through it?

couldn't hurt. i grow in coco, and i intentionally let my ph swing between 5.5 and 6.1, to avoid locking things out, and i never have any ph imbalance issues. not sure if soil is as forgiving, but as long as you're staying withing the "safe" range, i can't see it having that big an effect. it looks like over feeding burn, MG has a habit of cramming as many nutes as they can into every product they make. i bought MG perlite the other day (because the garden center was out of the other kind) and when i get home and go to open the bag, lo and behold, its full of fucking nutes.....in perlite. be very careful about MG, even the organic MG scares me. so the soil you got is probably pretty hot all on its own till the plants use it up, at least 3 months i'd guess. i'f you're going to use any kind of compost like that use it in place of nutes , not in addition to. you've got hot soil, then you fertilized it, then you fertilized it.i'd give it a light flush then just use water for a couple of waterings, i wouldn't feed it again till you start to see new growth yellow just a little, then you know all the crap in your soil (literally) is used up, and its time to start feeding again.

What is the N-p-k ratio of the nutes you're using?

I would very carefully break the some of the soil on the sides and repot into some lighter mix. That miracle gro organic stuff is just to heavy, it stays wet for too long which would not provide enough air to your root zone. Repot, lightly pre wet the new airy soil and transplant. That's just my humble opinion and good luck bro.
