I told him to get a 400 watt that's closer to what those two or 3 mars would actually be pulling. .I just used my 1000 watt comparison to prove that heat can better be controlled threw a single ended hps hood then a generic Chinese led .

I prefer 76 to 78.. If it stays there its ok.. any higher and you'll need an ac..leave the light on and check the temp later.. running it at night should help with the heat..
Yea 68 is perfect when they're asleep. It's not necessary though just make sure temps don't go higher then 83 and you should be fine.

Ok decided I'm gonna run 3 "300W" Mars hydro, for 2 plants when flowering should I supplement with a red spectrum light? Heard it helps with flower? If so can I just do CFL or should I do red led bulb?

For like 99.00-199.00 depending on what wattage you want Vipra spectra Full spectrum is Okay but if you go on Amazon and scroll threw their pic when you select the vipra 450 the test they run shows the red and blue level readings One has way more then the other nit a true full spectrum is what im saying mcob spider is
