Hey im a new grower this is my very first grow ever i am growing XXX OG KUSH(10 plants from seed).. i am using two 880watt california lightwork solarflares led lights. In a 5x9 gorilla tent in super bubble flow buckets!! Most of my knowledge comes from watching youtube so i decided to give it a try! I am looking for the best yield i can get.. any advice would be very appreciated!!

Also!!! My girls are 4weeks into veg...im planning to veg for another 3weeks!

Welcome to RIU, and the wonderful world of cultivating the world's most misunderstood and feared medicines!!!

The only 'advice' I can give you or anyone is to read and learn and then apply what you have read and learned to your garden and you cannot fail. Anyways, remember the search tool is your friend...Lots of folks here willing to help a new farmer get up and growing. But at the end of the day your grow will be only as good as the knowledge and work you put into it.

It is always great to ask questions but do not take anyone's advice or opinions and follow blindly. Do your own research, you will be much happier knowing you have done it for yourself and by yourself. The first buzz you get from your own budz...is by far the BEST high you will ever have!

Do a search using your current question as the keyword(s) and ZOOOM!! Like Wonka's Great Glass Elevator…off you go to tons of threads answering all your questions. Read all the Newbie Central stickies and learn…

After that you are a seasoned vet. Because to soak up all that information and sift through it, is going to take time. You will likely finish your first grow by then. Viola! grow complete and education well under way.

Sick set up bro. Just monitor Ph and less is always more when it comes to cannibas. She'll thrive in a proper environment.

You could clip some clones and put them straight 12/12 to pull out males. Unless there fems,Looks good bro nice set up . Welcome

Thanks bro dont mean to sound stupid but what do u mean the less the better... and to be honest.. im growing with regular tap water from the city and advance nutrients ph perfect so far have had a problem... but i am wondering are my plants growing slow should they be taller?? I mean the are bushy i was thinking about topping im just nervous lol

Yeah i brought all fems from a seed bank... and thank you bro i worked hard on this set feels good to hear that bro

If I'm not mistaken I think PH perfect works better with RO water / filtered water

What issues are you having

Not really having no issues bro just wondering if there growing right there 4 weeks are they to short plus this strain nobody seems to know anything about

They look good for 4 weeks.

I have the CLW 220w solar flare and it keeps my plants super short and the nodes really compact. It's a good thing for me.

Ok how are your yields because everybody tells me i wont get a good yield with leds and i kinda need a great yield from these 10 babies

It's my first grow with these.

But I heard really good stuff about this model from guys who know their LED, you many not get as much (barely) but you'll have super frosty nugs and some fire.

Just keep your ladies happy. Don't over feed. And check your PPMs and Ph.

Also are you doing anything training ?

Topping , LST?

If you want bushier plants and more main bud sites (colas) I would look into topping the plants. You could top after the 5th or 6th node.

Try it out on a few plants and see how you like it.
