I was saying that when a man verbally assails a woman, it is likely he is capable of assailing the woman physically ... and perhaps willing. The two states correlate.
I must say your post sounds to me like you are blaming the victim in this little drama dance. Have you read any of the times I said that (in my opinion) she got done wrong by him?
Why then are you suggesting she be punished along with him for his deeds?

I tell off who deserves it. Can't say I care their sex.. putting the kid gloves on for dealing with woman seems misogynistic to me though.. I blame no one on this said event, I did say it would be a better site without both of the.lm

The real issue here is that admin decides what goes and what stays ... and thereby creates and keeps up bias.
They turtled her but not him after he said actionable stuff by the TOS. I think she got a raw deal first from 6oh and then from admin.So I see you telling her off and she does not deserve it.
But all you have is my recollection. It would be much better if admin had a policy of deleting spam and spam only. It would remove all doubt from this "he said, she said" mode. Keep the actionable stuff on the board so everyone can look and decide for himself or herself.
No need to put on kid gloves - you imply that women need a separate standard of conduct. Treat each one by the general rules of decency; that is all that is needed.

Dia is a really good nice person, this whole problem arose because she invited 6o's family over to her house, he hung out and ate her food and smoked her bud, then left and talked shit. i know most of us wouldnt be nice to someone after that. we need to get her back.. fuck 6o, he had his chances here.. he knows noone wants to read his bullshit but he still comes around, hes holding himself over the fire. if he gets fucked with, thats on him. people might agree with me but this area (t&t) is getting sloppy.. kicking all the good members away isnt going to help it. right now we got @Diabolical666 @mr sunshine and @Unclebaldrick on slowmo.. just a few people and look how fucked the forum is. i remember when this place used to be a lot more fun.. if you cant take getting fucked with, toke and talk isnt the place for you

I assume you mean someone else with admin than Sunni but why does he or she think using that turtle mode group helps anything? It's meant to be used when banning doesn't work. If you use it before banning you only piss off that member lol I think dia will come back with a vengeance.
Pretty childish to say she is not banned because the option has a different name.

I don't see what I wrote as hypocritical or misogynistic. Once again, I invite you to lay out the logic of your position for our mutual inspection.
When you say you are glad they are both gone, you lump the victim with the perpetrator, guilt by association. I will not do or support that stance if I can help it. It is broken reason with very serious human consequences. The two actors are NOT morally equal as I see you implying.

I'm sure there was a screen shot of every single threat, I'd bet my life on it. Anyways the site has the complete ability to recover all deleted posts.
I can live with that. But then again, it's not my life. I'm just passing through. If it were my life I can tell you what I would do, it may save lives, but I may be criticized as a piece of shit for trying to state the truth, or my truth, which is actually just my opinion. Or I'd get compared to someone who doesn't empathize enough with a rape victim..,,,... What a load of bs drama. I only see two adults whom took shots at each other online over the course of several months. Nobody got beat up, nobody was raped. The entire thing took place in their minds. We aren't short on imagination here, now are we.
Hideous threats were made. However, no death threat was made. Those of you who attempt to perpetuate a lie should be ashamed. I care about two things:
1) How to best survive dealing with someone you feel threatened by irl
2) What a court would decide is a fact or not. All the written facts are readily available.
And also, the last thing I want dia to feel like is I'm marginalizing her. She has had a difficult enough time with all of this. Nobody needs any of this shit. Like I said before, I've been disappointed in a very similar scenario.
