But on top of that, the Public Defender had Conflict of Interest. She not only was part of that scandal, but used to work for the DA that she was defending me against, before that scandal got her pretty much fired.

And the Police had no warrant. It would have been great if it went to a higher court.

And I won the case by pleading not guilty to all claimed probation violations and asserting my Religion as a defense. So deal with it.
No, you didnt. By your own admission you pleaded guilty. With no religious defense.

And you continue to claim that these defenses were used to argue against probation violations. Not the underlying conviction that resulted in your probation violations.

The underlying conviction remains. Probably why you fled the State for years.

I plead guilty under a corrupt lawyer who had no interest in arguing for my Religion, and then later, when Deferred Adjudication was revoked, it was Dismissed.

I left Texas to go to California, then Colorado to practice my Religion Freely and study the law.

And the corruption she was charged with was generally charged to the county as well. They said that she was working hard for Clients with money (and even for the other sides client possibly) while insisting that indigent inmates waive their rights. They said that the whole county does it, and that she just happened to be an example.

And they do do it. Everyone just waives their trial because they say to.

I was never convicted, it was deferred. And the entire thing was dismissed.
You said it was deferred.
Screenshot_2016-05-04-21-37-22.png Dude. You pled guilty and completed probation. At which time it was removed from your record.

You didn't win. Your case was deferred.

What about the other forum where you said you were tricked into pleading guilty and ran to another state.

Lmafo. I don't have anything against you but you're delusional.

He asked me to research it you dimwit. I see you're still angry about me not liking that silly Trump meme.

According to you, you were gonna "troll me indefinitely ", correct? Is this where it starts? Please let me know when I'm supposed to be magically upset because of what you type into your computer.
