Starting from the mid-Devonian, ammonoids were extremely abundant, especially as ammonites during the Mesozoic era. Many genera evolved and ran their course quickly, becoming extinct in a few million years.
Before anyone ever knew that, people in India were collecting them from Rivers, trading them, and using them in Temples.

And all the folks in the thread you posted here disagree with your use of the Hindu religion and your defense in general:

That was like 5 years ago, and it was trolls from here stoking trolls there. It happened on the Shroomery Forum and a few other forums also.

And I didn't post that thread as a legal theory, I posted that thread asking for legal help and trolls came rushing in. I have since figured it out myself and don't need their or anyone's help. I also used to contact the ACLU with my cases, but I got one reply saying that they wouldn't take a Religious case like that, and I ended up wining it. So I still send the ACLU things, but never asking them for help, just to let them know about rights they might be missing.

Those weren't members from this forum. What was it about their assertions that was wrong? They seemed much more knowledgeable about Hinduism than you.
