Jail Gets a Bad Rap

I didn't say a deferment was a dismissal, I said it was deferred meaning it wasn't a conviction. Then the whole thing was dropped later.

Dismissed. That is the last thing on the record.
If it was deffered you agreed to probation, at the end of which the charges are gone.

If you happen to get in trouble while on probation then you agree that you are guilty of that charge.

If you agreed to defer it, you plead guilty but the charge is dropped and never goes on your record.

That's like me saying "Post your Facebook here" and you saying "No, it's on the internet if you want it, and people here know who I am, they are mostly trolls if you want to ask"
And then me saying "Then I call Bullshit"
and you saying "Go find my Facebook yourself, I'm not posting private information".

Why don't you just post your Facebook here?
It's nothing like that. I never told you to look up a record about me. If you don't want any of us seeing that it was "Dismissed", then why instruct us to look it up? I don't blame you for not wanting to post it, tho. That's fine. But when you told us to look it up, I necessarily assumed that you didn't mind us actually seeing it. My bad.

I just want to know you exist. Otherwise I call bullshit on your existence.

I was never convicted, it was deferred. And the entire thing was dismissed.
Ok, so I tried to find it like you asked. Damn, you are all over the internet. But you did plead guilty, meaning you were convicted and sentenced to probation. Your religious defense never came into play.

According to you, you pleaded guilty. By definition, you were convicted. And placed on probation.
