Flavoring your weed

I just heard about this today. It seems to make sense, I think I might try it at some point.

Take a needle and thread. Use the needle to pierce the stem of the plant and pull the thread through it. Tie the thread off so it's inside the plant. take the other end of the thread and put it in (for instance) blueberry flavoring. The thread will act as a wick to draw the flavoring into the stem and into the bud.

Any thoughts? Theoretically it sounds like it would work.

Back in the day people used to put a nail through the trunk of the plant because the thought it increased yeild. Not true.
Anytime you pierce the plant it must dedicate resources away from flowering to heal. Bad idea. Kool bloom can enhance taste and flowering but that is a suplmental food for the plant not a stress. You risk makeing your plant a hermie by hurting it

Would probably just taste harsh. Even flavored rolling papers only have that sugary flavor on your lips but the smoke tastes the same. I'm really not sure what they are getting at here.

OOOO I thought you were talking about the already harvested bud....NO WAY,DO NOT HURT THE PLANT. If you want to flavor cure the bud then just do this. Don't water the pant in the days before harvest, this will get them nice and thirsty, then 1-3 hours before harvest take some water (and in this case blueberry flavoring,or blueberry extract and mix them together. Then water the soil with this mixture and the plant will suck it right up because its thirsty. This is called pre-harvest flavor curing.

I still think I might try it sometime just to see if it works. Maybe just one small branch on one plant or something.

Man if you guys saw the things I did to my other plants (non weed) I chop the shit out of them. Run over them with the mower if they're in my way. Every abuse is followed by and explosion in growth. Marijuana is not as fragile as you think it is. I bet it can take a ton of punishment and still live.

worried about flavoring and using miracle gro dont mix well... the only thing i can say that will enhance flavor is AdvNut sweet leaf, all other techniques you must learn on your own

You already pissed off a lot of people on the last thread I saw you on. We get it, you don't like MIracle grow. You think everyone that uses it should be: shot, stabbed, hung, bludgeoned, drowned and burned as a witch.

Also handing out those NEG reps just because people didn't agree with you also makes you look like an ass.

Though I don't condone his actions and I did not read his posts I will say Miracle grow is also known as Miracle Burn. Nasty stuff. As a 10 year + grower, I strongly advise not using it on your MJ :peace:

did you just call me an angle over 90 degrees?... you can barely properly flush your plant, why would you care about flavoring... and your answer to your question is NO it will not work.. and im the imbicile...
