You could do it too, just get a refrigerator and put a temperature controller on it...but, idk if the thing would actually cool or not with a bunch of lights in it.
I'm sure a window unit could be modified to work. However one would want a custom heat sink and that could be spendy.Just have to braze some copper tubing onto those heatsinks, get youself a condenser and compressor, some 134a and youre off to the races.
Wont vouch for the stealth when the compressor kicks on though...

There is also water chillers that would probably work really well for larger and/or high power emitters.
