its a business move. Its always a business move. Nothing else exists, only business. The only people to ever say money doesn't bring happiness never had any. She could care less if weed is legal, she will smoke/grow and have the money to defend herself no matter what. What if she gets busted? Thats good for business. The faster legalization the faster they get to business. Wake up forget the face look at what your not being told. money money money if you think there won't be some kind of EMERY™ pot being sold when rec comes id take that bet.

They're extremely pro pot. They've been banking on legal mj for years haha they probably have a line packed and ready to ship lol.

She should steer clear of this or any other panel on rec.Mj.

I think those panels would be very stressful,especially talking about legalization,when you were once ,on the other side of the coin,like a health minister or a police consultant...now , we are talking some serious stress.
I find it stressful enough here...let alone, to do this for a living, on the national stage.(would probably kill me)
I do think ,she could bring a fresh perspective towards mj, as long as she wasn't just relaying Marc's
latest message.

Lol no it doesn't work like that. They don't give a flying fuck what regular Canadians want or think. They only care about how to best capture as much tax dollars as possible. The liberals appointed a cop who's whole career is based off of prohibition to lead their "legalization" group. Big misstep from day one.

they keep doing the same thing over and over-ask the wrong people for the right answer.
Blair is a cop. he is against MJ period...eventhough it's going to be legal, he'll still think reefer madness. it's been ingrained in him since he made the force and maybe before that.
they say a leopard can't change its spots and in this case i believe it.
it's too bad they don't ask anyone on our side of this fight to help. we know what we are talking about so why not get information from people with "boots on the ground' we can answer a lot of their questions.
how can someone who is against it all of a sudden be in favour? is he that good of a "little soldier boy"? just does what he is told??
i think it's like asking a guy what a period cramp feels like or asking a someone who has been blind all their life what red looks like. neither one has experienced it so how can they speak on it?

Being a citizen means doing more than complaining to your friends about how it sucks.

It means organizing letter writing campaigns and protests to let your elected officials know how much their plans suck and what you want to see done instead.

Of course they'll make noise about shit, so follow the money and expose it.

It's not easy, but unless you have cash, you don't get access through normal channels. Yeah, I just called Canada corrupt. Sorry, but callin' like I see it.

They seemed to have learned their 'Murrican pretty well up there lately.

As long as they keep their political shenanigans on the rec side of the table who cares.
Let them stay busy milking the rec cow and hopefully they leave patients alone. It's only fair since it was the patients that lit the fire.
Blair is the head of the rec tax team not mj in Canada.

That's where you're wrong. They make money off prohibition. They don't really want legalization. They just want to sell you tshirts that say "Legalize" Meanwhile, Marc isn't allowed to step foot in Canada.

He lives in Vancouver....I'm pretty sure that's in Canada. First you say they don't want legalization...and 3 minutes later you say "this is the nanny state legalization they campaigned for".Why would one campaign for something they don't want? By the way, can you post a link to the legalization policy so the rest of us can determine it's "nanny-state" rating?
