Where are all the Fan Leaves ? As for the Humbolt Honey its for increasing the Sugars in you plant, increasing the sugars above 12% on a Brix meter will help keep the bugs off your plant, It also increase weight and taste, They say that the bugs won't even see your plants as food if you get your sugars up. My sugars are very hi without using any molases or sugars, but that is a secret lol good luck happy grow on the next one.

Total Nitrogen (N)………………………………………………………….0.45%
0.07% Ammoniacal Nitrogen
0.23% Water Soluble Nitrogen
0.15% Water Insoluble Nitrogen
Available Phosphate (P2O5)……………………………………….…….0.25%
Soluble Potash (K20)……………………………..………………………1.80%

Derived from: Pure Cane Molasses, Volcanic Ash, Seaweed

ALSO CONTAINS NON-PLANT FOOD INGREDIENTS:

Are the trichs cloudy with amber tint? If so then yes they are ready. Sometimes my top buds finish first so I remove them and let the rest ripen up.

Before you go spending a ton of cash on nutrients make sure you have your needed supplies first, ph pens, ec meter, ph up,possibly some down as well, most nutrient lines will work just fine, it's a matter of choice and how you use them imo, but without measuring equipment you are asking for more trouble than you want

i used some neutrients durring the flowering stages called big bud i had to flush 2 weeks prior because thats what people be saying on here so the flush caused them to turn yellow i think.

as for humbolt honey so its just a neutrient for raiseing the suger in your plant ive have tried molasses and it works ok but if im about to spent 17$ on this i might as well lean how to use it

Big bud is the same as humbolt honey,, they are just "bud boosters" you need to feed a higher n nutrient through veg and get a higher k value for flower, tons of good info on this site about how to use them, as well as books out there, I find this journal very helpful at times

I would chop ...I don't think she's going to get any better at this point...I would also advise you to look into organics.. there's some good threads on here
Good luck

I don't flush anymore, 2 weeks prior to harvest. But I also don't feed with complex multi nutrient brand recepie. "Keep it simple stupid" is my preference. I tried flushing because like you, I read everywhere to just do it, but after researching more into and trying a no flush grow, in never went back! Think about it: 2 weeks is ~25% of your flowering time, and at this crucial moment when they finish you completely deny them food?!? Don't be afraid to get informed but also question what you read or at least keep an open mind to other ways and decide what's best for you. Whether it's about flushing, light cycles, nutrients, etc....

Read up on drying/curing your harvest properly, if you haven't already. it makes a huge difference in the quality of the smoke and is all too often disregarded as "simple, easy and straight forward" by first timers and you end up going to fast or over drying it. I know I did!

Cheers, and enjoy your first homegrown smoke! It's the best no matter how "bad" it seems :D

yeh it makes sense that it would be better not to flush because you dont deny it nutrients but what about the smoother smoke? but like you said what works best it is the way you like it my next grow I might just try a no flush and see the results. who knows I might like it more.

as for curing can you direct me to a good page where the best methods to curing are I keep finding just basic curing pages but I do know there's a better way because of the experienced growers on here know there shit link me a good page if you can.

and thanks hopefully the curing process goes good for me
