Anyone have any good producers they like to grow? I used to do good with Blue Cheese and super lemon haze. I'm sad to see the SLH isn't in stock. But Ive ordered
Blue cheese
Martian Mean Green
Sharks breath
NYC Diesel
Lemon Bubble
Exodus Cheese
White walker Haze
I ordered 15 dedoverde haze Auto . every other strains 3 each. I grew the sharks breath before. Loved the taste. I know I can't start them all at once. But it'll be nice to have extra in case some are duds. But I'm going to order another 3-5 strains and probably another 15 auto seeds. Just so I can fill up the flower tent while I'm waiting to take clones. If anyone has something they swear by let me know! Thanks in advance

I know that Martian Mean Green was the dankest smelling I've ever grown. I've never smelled anything like it smell stayed in my vehicle for a week because I had a big fatty in my pocket for about 15min.I'm glad I didn't get pulled over. You can't go wrong with any strains you mentioned. Don't know bout the autos though I haven't grown any...Good luck though. I've only grown 10-15 strains. Blue cheese and incredible bulk are my biggest yeilds but that's just me.To each his own though

So I may as well ask. What brand ballasts do you guys use? I'm looking at the Apollo. They have a warranty. But if I'm spending a considerable amount of money already I will buy something more expensive if the brand I'm looking at is crap. Has anyone used Apollo?

I just bought a phantom 2 600w ballast on ebay for 145. I bought a quantum 3yrs ago and it still runs. My buddy has 2 Apollo's for 2yrs I think and one went out.

i was saying run all 4 lights with the two fans, but if you're going to vent the tents separately, one fan per tent ought to be enough, but i would go with 8 inch fans. put your carbon filter on one side of your lights, and your fan on the other, with a short section of ducting to hook the two together, like this but with another light between the first and the fan. a good 8 inch fan ought to be plenty to keep 2 600 watt lights cool.

cool tubes are fine, as is a vented hood like the one in the picture. i've discovered that while the vented hoods are larger all together than the tubes, the tubes are longer, so keep that in mind when picking, the long axis of the hood is actually 6 inches or so shorter than the tube

would you not be better having the fan on the left side between ducting and light that way u dont have the heat passing thru ur fan surly got to help or aid the life of it i could be wrong tho

there are two schools about venting, before the light and after the light. before the light says that it keeps your fan cooler and makes it last longer.
after the light says that its much more efficient for a fan to pull air through a system than push it, even with the heat. i am an adherent of the after arguement. especially in small grows with just one or two lights. if you're running 5 or 6 1ks in a row then i'd actually say both, one blowing in and one blowing out, but thats just my neurotic response.
