You cut your SLH wk6?? how the heck is the smoke?? I've heard plenty that you'll have a bad time (headaches and whatnot?) cuttin way early. I'm not the end all expert by any sense but wouldn't the trich's be immature and not have anything near its peak potency if at all? I'd love to see a grow journal of yours :D my own guess is possibly you have a really fast finisher and finishing that early for such a fasty doesn't make as huge a difference as I see many others that grow SLH?

It's actually really good at 6 weeks. Just much better at 8. Has a bit of a different smell than your normal SLH but I got it from attitude from green house seeds. I never seen a strain finish so quick so I kept it. Yes the trich's are immature but it is still very potent. at 8 weeks last test said 26% I'll have to run a test after only 6 next time and see what they say. I would normally never do this with any other strain unless it was a freak like this one.

I'll be running it again. Was having a PM problem so had to get rid of a lot of strains but still have clones of them in veg that were heavily treated. I can post some progress here and there. I just cut about a dozen clones the other day. Unfortunately I find this strain the most difficult of all strains to clone no matter what pheno I get from different seeds. The only one I have right now is that same one as described which is what I want. It doesn't really have a true SLH smell or taste it's more like a citrus. I suppose I could cut a nug 6 weeks in and get a test done. Going to be a waiting game though.

Well if you do decide to do so lemme know I'll wait lmao :blsmoke: Well if it's slightly different I wouldn't mind, haven't even tasted SLH at all yet I'll be choppin this monday though it's gon be a loooong day lol. 5 plants to chop an trim (got my girl some shears thank god she's helpin :wink:)

Sorry to hear about your PM problem it's something I hope I never run across. As for cloning I've done two sets. The first was of 6 only 5 made it but I know why the 6th didn't I cut a biiig stem in half the top half lived just fine as normal but the one with the top and bottom cuts didn't, (I was dumb didn't think that the top was such a terrible open wound lettin air in!). Second set I did 7 all 7 are now growing pretty darn sweet when I get my cam charged I'll get some up on here eventually.... lol

Sometimes the crystals don't get amber like we want them to at a fast enough rate. Let your plants go too long and they will start to lose potency. IMO 88 days is way too long to wait. I have a greenhouse seeds non auto SLH pheno that will finish from clones much faster than that. I cut them only 6 weeks in flower if I need the room for other plants. I've never done auto slh but the feminized seeds I have never been disappointed except slh seems to be a bit more prone to PM compared to others. It's a legendary strain and has some of the best flavor. Either way whatever you decide to do your stuff looks great. Nice job!

Ya, my plant is long over 80 days, I just cut it today, nothing was amber but it was mostly all cloudy. The leaves started to turn after day 110 and thats when i just cut it.i was going back and forth&just decided to do it. Part of the plant even started to grow new leaves,like re flowering&growing extra pistols. I think i waited to long bc i was waiting for trichomes. Idk what that was about,the lighting stayed the same.

I am on a seed to harvest grow with SLH. It is from feminized seeds. These are in the middle of week 8. No ambers yet to speak of. Almost all trichomes are cloudy. The smoke is incredible and I am doing a bud now for a test as we speak.
I have been feeding only tap water for 2 weeks and leaves are very yellow. It varies among individual plants. I cant get a good photo of the trichomes with my tablet camera.............
If no ambers show up soon I may chop this week anyway during week 9. the buds continue to swell and they show no amber heads on trichomes yet.
