How much longer till harvest?

Pot - 3.5 gallon with 3 gallons of FFOF soil.

Lights- 180 watt ufo and 4 2700k 150 watt cfl's

Nutrients- Dyna-Gro Bloom and Molasses


1st ever photo strain grow... Did 2 autos before this which were easy.

I think im having a little def. or heat stress.. maybe adding those 4 150 watt cfls brought too much heat.

Its ok though.

Im thinking bout 2 weeks left and was gonna start flushing today what do you all think?

I switched her to 12/12 on Feb. 25 so today makes exactly 6 weeks.

I have some pistils turning orangeish brown but alot are still pure white and standing up.

I had some yellow , crispy twisted leaves that came about week 5 of flower making me think there was something that went wrong. Im still trying to learn how to grow fantastic.

she smells like you cut open a fresh orange.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks great she is finishing those leafs look like the plant is taking them. I don't see signs of stress on the bud leafs that would make me think she was behind at all and yeah I would flush. Please understand how hard it is to make a determination on this by photo alone though.

I dont own a scope or anything to check them with though... the closest thing I have is binoculars reversed looking at the plant.. It works but you gotta be perfectly steady and in good lighting.

Those plants normally take 10-11 weeks from sprout to finish... That's if you like them to be couch lock.. 9 weeks if you want it more uppety.. I have grown a bunch of them. Great plant. nice mellow smoke.

I'm not a pro, but I think you want yellowing. If the leaves were all still deep green then you would have too much Nitrogen which would affect bud size and maybe flavor... It's the plant's "ripening" process. Just the way that leaves on trees turn yellow in the fall... I've seen videos from very experienced growers and there's hardly a fan leaf left on the plant.

Yellowing in say week 3 of flower would worry me, but near the end I want to see lots of yellow.

This is all just my non-professional opinion.

not yet bro, I got a scope and just now getting some amber trichomes. I will be harvesting on 4/20... 4/20 will be exactly 8 weeks or 56 days.. this strain said 7-8 weeks flowering and it is right on time.. the yellowing didnt spread to buds or anything and the buds actually fattened up a little more.

I cut off a bottom "taster" nug last night and put it on my DVR box.. gonna try it tonight.

HMMM ok, you said in the OP you had been 6 weeks in flowering...so the plant has been in flower 13 weeks now. I believe it is an indica dominant...and it still ain't done? Something smells... and it apparently is me...it was 6 weeks on the 7th! DUUUHHH!!!

brother I may work alot and be tired alot and smoke the funk,, but I know this.. I may have been a little off on my timing like when i said it was soo long when the pic was taken... regardless of all of that.. 4/20 will be exactly 8 weeks of flowering.. sorry for the confusion .

I will have the funk soon enough so its all good. Yes sir! April is a month.. it does exists .. Jan , Feb , March, May .. ohhh... wait

Best thing you can do for your harvest is to buy a digital USB scope. I used to sit around for hours staring at my buds under a loupe wondering if they were done. Now I know exactly. I highly recommend supereyes scope from Amazon. So worth it. I think they are around $30.

You may be on to something. I got a piece of shit loupe and I was staring at my plant for about an hour today thinking to myself "god damn this is just dumb". If the plant shook the slightest bit i couldnt see the color of the heads.

next paycheck or next grow Ill buy one..

Im saying fuck it and harvesting on 4/20 as planned. a good ammount of redish orange hairs and it will be 8 weeks on the dot. smoked a tiny nug last night I quick dried and it had a fantastic buzz to it.
