First grow box

Hey guys so I'm making my first grow on today, I'm using a pc case as my starting box, I'll be stealing most of my ideas for this from here.

Thus saying that I do have some questions, will the carbon filter actually make it smell proof? And how am I certain that the plants have the proper air flow?

As for lights I've been thinking about these

Assuming that this computer case holds 2 plants, how many lights do you think is sufficient enough for those two? Where should those lights be placed?

Also using Mylar is fine too correct?

The "co2 filter material" says nothing about carbon. Not entirely sure about that question but, there are good, effective DIY carbon filters. I have made one myself that worked great in a 3x3.

First I've heard of those lights. Interested to hear feedback on those.

As many lights as you can get in there without compromising a good temp. The more the better. They should be placed very close (no further than 2")

Mylar is good. They sell emergency blankets with mylar at Wally World. Also, flat white paint works well.

Thanks about the lights I really wasn't sure about those. Yeah the "odor proof" is just going to be a carbon filter over the back of a computer fan. Did you cut the Mylar off the bank let and use it?

I mean, technically it does. It has one carbon molecule for every 2 oxygen molecules.

Okay Olive, had no idea. Thnx

I personally have not used those blankets. I am merely parroting many other comments. I painted my box flat white.
