cultural marxism

This guy sums it up better than I could:

I only ever hear the terms "micro aggression, safe space, and trigger warning" used ironically by people who are complaining about things being too pc. Im sure there are times where they are used earnestly but for every time that happens theres a thousand more instances when an asshole uses it with a smirk and a jerf off motion (like the creator of that video), which is even more obnoxious.

Dude, I see people on my facebook talking about that kind of crap way more than enough to know it's become a major problem. Jian Ghomeshi was aquitted for a crime he clearly did not commit and all I saw on my facebook was talking about victim blaming and shutting down anyone who think it was a good decision and how people are being triggered by this decision... it was insane.

I mean the ladies who accused the guy had no evidence at all, conspired in over 5000 emails after being explicitly told not too... damning emails too talking about how they were gonna fry this guy because they did not like him. Every single person who accused him had major question marks... like not small on any level - it was an obvious railroading and the ladies in question should be put up on charges as they lied under oath and conspired to destroy a mans life and the evidence for it is overwhelming...

But nope, folks don't want to hear it. Instead trying to shut down speech... which is the ultimate goal here. The sad part is these people are so incredibly stupid and entitled they do not understand where this will wind up. And it's never pretty, allowing the state to decide what speech is acceptable and what isn't.

Thats not what that video is about though, it is about cultural policing. Im not familiar with that guys court case, but youre acting like it was the facebook commenters that were deciding his fate in the courtroom by saying this was a major problem and conflating it with a free speech issue.

two men can have sex AND get married now. it's rad bro. totally rad.

why is this bad?

gay sex.
I've never had an issue with gay people getting married. I've always taken issue with people being forced to do things against their beliefs at gunpoint however.

so you are saying that radical leftists are starting a cultural revolution by forcing people to do things (at gunpoint) that are against their beliefs.

can you be more specific?

Why is gay marriage synonymous with "radical leftism" to you? It's the law now, right?
Gay marriage isn't the issue, UB is bringing up the past. Although putting marriage in the hands of the State instead of the hands of the people is certainly a left wing position I guess.

Every socialist program is executed at gun point. You'd think if the ideas were so great, you wouldn't need to do that. But nah, that doesn't help the megalomaniacs of the world (who push socialism the hardest).
