I can understand that. They just don't need a dome. It actually increases the odds of seed failure. Domes are for clones. Clones don't have roots and the leaves can dry out fast.Just trying to use the techniques that I have seen that work. I know for a fact that this guy always uses the dome that I showed you to start his seeds; I know that he told me that sprouts give off a relatively high amount of THC when they are seedlings so he uses a dome to start his seeds to feed the gases or whatever back to the plant as it develops and I know that when I go to see him his stuff is excellent, so I tried to do what he does and follow his advice to hopefully get the same results. Furthermore, he started growing the year I was born, so I assumed that he knows what he is talking about.
thanks glad to be apart of it hopefully meet alot more people with this comparative show what i can bring to the table and get help or give help along the way looking forward to grow with this communityWelcome to the Show!

started mine right around the same as u if the date on the cup is when u began. Hopefully we will have some bud porn by the end of MayOk here's my Heisenberg as of a few minutes ago. Been under 2 100 watt actual 55 watt for 110 watt's of CFL. She's in a mix of Ocean Forest, Roots Organics and earthworm castings + extra perlite. As of now she's just in a small 16 Oz coffee cup. Soon I will be transplanting her into a 3 gln container and placing her under a 1,000 watt MH to spend the rest of her days. I've recently been adding ec (earthworm tea) to her feeding schedule + a light feeding of GH flora series nutrients.thanks 4 checking her out.
Peace.

Yes it is more or less a self contained growing unit. However, we keep ours in a tent to manage light, smell and sound (the fan makes little noise). The directions for The Tron are confusing; it's like, one paragraph will say don't keep it in a closet because you need to put it in a well ventilated area, but the next paragraph will say something like when the lights turn off you need complete darkness, so we keep ours in a tent. Initially, I was going to get a HID system to put in the tent, but I ran across this Tron on CL and it was affordable so we kicked around the idea. My bottom line was: grow six plants in a Tron or six plants in a tent. The Tron is much smaller which would make the grow more efficient, but we already had the tent so we put The Tron in the tent.Ok why do you have your tron in a tent ? Isn't the growtron a self-contained grow lab? Im not familiar with yours but you definitely have a ventilation issue , and the optimal growing temp in my opinion is 70 to 76 degrees, in my room now it's 63 degrees at night and 71 in the day so it would have to be in the 50s or less in the tron to hurt the seedling get a nice thermometer with a Hi and low save option Walmart has them like 22 bucks and has a humidity gauge on it as well good luck and germ 2 seeds this time
In my opinion I would sell the tron on Craigslist I don't know what there worth but if you get $250 for it you can buy a 600 dimable and a cheap vented hood and have $20 left over for some papers for all that tasty weed...Yes it is more or less a self contained growing unit. We are still debating switching over to HID, but haven't made any final decisions yet. In fact, when I am done here, I will be trolling CL and Ebay to see what ballasts are available that are affordable to us. According to the directions of the tent, (it's a Hydrohut 3'x3'x6.5' Silver Edition) it is recommended that a 250 watt be used for veg and a 400 watt be used for flowering, so I will be shopping for a 250/400 switchable like a Lumatek or Xtra-Sun. I found some off brand ballasts on Amazon that are switchable and are affordable ($120.00 or so with bulbs) but that's a Gromedic and I don't know anything about them and had never heard of them until a year or so ago when I started shopping for a light system.
