Mmmm,,,,yummy! You are Sooo correct Riddle!
Over the years I have toured cigar factories, growing areas and curing facilities in the Dominican, Spain and CUBA.....
One time I actually asked a Tobacilara (oldest cigar company in the world - Headquartered in Spain. Now combined by a sell out to another cigar great) grower if they "flushed" any tobaccos? When he got the translation.....He gave me the most confused look and said "What ever for?"
The best ash is gray with small black flecks interspersed. That stays on the stick till your almost done! The longer the ash, the better the stick quality!
RH IS a major factor in any tobacco smoked!
And for anyone who knows, YES, that IS a real Cuban Cohiba "X" Aniversario! I have 4 left of a box......
Really looking forward to the release this summer of the Cohiba Majestuosos 1966 50th Anniversary Edition! Rumors of some real old tobacco's they had stored from the pre embargo days as going into what is a very limited release of about 1600 box's....I have mine pre ordered in the Bahamas at a Chiba owned cigar shop in Atlantis...The house torcedor told me about them while rolling a 10 year old Cuban leaf tobacco cigar (Called a green). The ability to order had just opened and I jumped on it......
Cost me a $900 emerald ring to cool the wife off over the cigar box price
It's ALL in the cure kiddies, all in the cure!
