How long does it take to " switch servers" ? I see he deleted the post on ig which included the people asking about the site being down. Sketchy

There's a chance my order has been shipped, but I wasn't notified. I'm in Canada, so if it was shipped on say the 20th, I should have that soon. Does anyone know the identity of the website owner? There's no need to post it out here at the moment, but if someone knows, maybe they can confirm.

Any luck getting a response using the dudes PayPal email? Maybe I should file a claim with PayPal lol

Yeah aint no way they closeing down over Easter weekend holiday when it's promo time and a ton of sales to be had...won't get my biz wether they open or not at this point I get better customer service at TDT all day

For sure...I guess I'm gonna chalk this up up in the loss column ...atleast I got half my order :/ I'll steer others clear as well...I think I'll give them a few more days before I really slander them...maybe they really are switching servers and are just really dumb business people by not telling people what's up

I did receive my order today. Thank you, Substrate Genetics. It was paid for on March 18th, shipped on the 21st, and received in Canada on the 29th. Freebies included for me were a drink 'koozie' and an assortment of stickers.

Lucky! You dodged a bullet ....order a few days later and who knows....they went dark for me on March 23... Not a peep since

i got 2 different emails from substrate 2 days apart with 2 different usps tracking numbers, none of which are recognized by usps early last week....& the sound of crickets are roaring louder than ever now....mine was paypal too, dont know whether i will bother applying for refund? may end up with some sticky questions being asked by them? dunno

wow i could be lucky and get mine too then, as it was sent same day as yours, cannot figure out the 2 different usps tracking numbers that are not recognized though?

Usually it takes a day or two to kick in, but if it's been this long it may have not been sent as it gets activated once it is received in the postal office. Tdt does this too... They provide immediate tracking but takes a few days to actually send it

thanks though it usually takes an order approx 2-3wks to get to my off the grid area in koala country, fingers are crossed that i can signoff from substrate without a loss

hope you get something from them too, i remember my order with cannazon that didnt come through, i messaged them more than 5 times, nothing...ever...they never responded at all, that was 6-8mths ago

Substrate was super responsive and it wasn't a bad transaction at all when I let them know of the mix up...I never even had a concern I wasn't gonna get my beans...but as soon as Friday rolled around.. Poof! Something had to have gone down
