Hmmm....maybe decided to try and take instead of earn trust in this community the right way ,pics of his grow on there Instagram seemed kinda amateur...I wonder if there was a falling out with a certain breeder maybe ? Who knows

It could very well be legitimate, but I still haven't received a response to an email sent on Friday 25th, although this could be due to it being an @substrategenetics address that's tied into the website, and not an outside Gmail or Hotmail service. A few days ago, the Instagram (I'd previously stated Twitter - my mistake) comments were disabled, and as hockeybry2 mentioned, when enabled again, were cleaned of any mention of problems. If the guy decided to split, I think he'd just shut down everything, including the Instagram. I just sent an email to the address I used to send Paypal payment, so hopefully I get a reassuring response. Hopefully, it's an easy fix for the guy, and not a serious problem pertaining to subject matter, etc. Personally, I paid on the 18th and requested shipment status on the 25th, which was about the time I noticed the site was down. There's a chance my order has been shipped, but I wasn't notified. I'm in Canada, so if it was shipped on say the 20th, I should have that soon. Does anyone know the identity of the website owner? There's no need to post it out here at the moment, but if someone knows, maybe they can confirm.

@hockeybry2 I wouldn't panic yet either. Mine came through today with some extras again. Stickers, in house button,substrate koozie and the norm ihg Noah's ark and purple fat pie freebies. Got some kief sweat quadruple OG freebies as well. Bought one pack of uncirculated OG x PSA x ogkb. Not bad for one pack.

I feel your pain I hate screw ups even worse when it not your fault. I just went through one with another bank sent them 550 for gear I'm pretty sure he oversold what he got an 5 weeks later had to pick different gear. Finally got something plus some freebies, but not one pack of what I originally ordered.
I have received great service through sub so hope it turns out well.

If they didn't flub my order I would be praising them right now...they shipped my stuff real quick got my order in a few days but sent me mosca Cinderella 99 bx instead of the old time moonshine...I let them know and they were super responsive and requested I send the seeds back to I could get the ones I ordered...and told me they would hook me up for the mistake...now since then the site goes down and radio silence ...fml lol

Hell yeah nice hope everyone gets there beans + freebies...guy could just be having personal issues in his own life, being the pivot point between the breeders and us bean hoarders might be stressful....LOL...but forreal I don't think it's smart to be showing the packages publicly on Instagram on the way to the post office if I was the owner..

I absolutely hate when people post package pictures!! So unnecessary and it's just asking for trouble. That's why I only send package pics to my gf ;)

I know nothing about the situation at all, but....

If your business is pretty much reliant on having a site people can order from and you plan on changing things and that site is going to be down, you let people know way ahead of time.

Exactly....esp in that biz. People assume if your site goes down LE is involved and you're avoided like the plague for a considerable amount of time
