Except I have pride of my heritage and wouldn't hide. And if you saw me, you would know I'm not blonde hair, blue eyes.

And I understand where you are coming from.

They want everyone to act "white". Myself and you it would seem, we have to much pride in our heritage to integrate into their society.

I think this is the part that most white folks miss on. If you don't integrate into their society, you are of lesser value.

How would white folks like to be told to drop their religion and beliefs and customs to "integrate"?

Our pagan gods aren't good enough.

Even tho Easter is actually a pagan holiday.

Free speech encompasses all speech.

I personally like @bearkat42 threads are great. He is able to get people to read, and actually has su stance to what he says.

And you are right about me and you being different. Most white Americans are to uneducated to know that everything is not black and white.

I have Haitian friends. to most white people, they are "African American"

White people do what hilter did and lump people into big vague groups. And it shows your lack of culture.

thank you for the riveting commentary..this has nothing to do with like or dislike for bearkat, but has to do with his incessant need to be stroked over the fact that he's black and every white person is personally responsible for keeping him and others like him 'down'..when someone offers perspective as to why much of this fall on deaf ears, he becomes belligerent and dismissive of the perspective.

no ones opinion counts unless you are in total agreement with him.
