Hows the cbd stuff vape ?

I ran a pure sativa landrace not something I`d normally do

I love the smell, but the high pisses me off, its way too clear think I need some cbd extract to roll the buds in

Anyway the whole set up looks pretty sick

Love the smart pots :)

Who cleans all that bud? That's the real work in growing Cannabis. The rest is pretty easy stuff. If people are cleaning buds for low wages it would be a very bad way to make money. Think how much bud you can clean in an hour and how tedious it is. It's like peeling vegetables but stickier. Good bud cleaning is an art. You can't just have some hacks off the street doing it.

True Story ----> Many people that move to Colorado will find a better job at Target or Walmart than they will in the "Cannabis Industry".
Like any business, they'll get some poor schmucks to do the tedious grunt work while they make the big profits. I suppose Colorado could make welfare recipients do bud cleaning but who would voluntarily do it for less than $30 an hour?

CBD oil vapes the same as any decent THC oil, but it makes you feel more clear-headed, energized, and "liquid." ...as if your joints have added lubrication... hard to explain. Definitely reduces inflammation and various pain. However, the caveat is that when you're smoking it your mind and body expect to get high and since they do not it is kind of frustrating. If you do not smoke THC then it shouldn't feel the same way as for regular smokers. I would think you would get the same kind of bright feeling but even without the sativa high -- that would probably piss you off extra lol!

Mannnn, the answer is ME and a crew of others. We didn't trim it up like you would with THC because it was going 100% to concentrates and extracts. We pulled CBD from stems and roots too. The average TOP PAY for trimmers is $10 an hour for those not in a supervisory position. Everything in the industry is under $18 an hour unless you personally know or are related to an owner. Nepotism reigns supreme, and carpetbaggers are voraciously taken advantage of. Across the board. There is always some other schmuck ready to stab you in the back for that low wage job too. -- and night stockers at Wal-Mart and the Target Distribution Center have much better wages and hours.

What bothers me the most is when they claim to not have enough money. If they don't it is because they wasted a bunch of money on stupid shit and planned like morons... clear indicator to not work for them. If you cant pay your employees you do not deserve to run a business.

can`t you just heat treat the cbd to make some thc I`ve seen decarbonization turn cba into thc and cbd think some cbd can be turned into thc, sure it could be made to have some thc

I`ve always found more thc makes me less sleepy ? that`s why I like strong indicas when I can`t sleep, more thc but more cbd too, but a lot of research including aromatherapy stuff is saying the smells matter and effect what effect the cannabinoids will have ?

CBD to THC can be done but it's not a simple heating operation. If it was easy, anyone could get THC from hemp type plants, because CBD is their main cannabinoid.

sults of Decarboxylation Experiment
The following charts show the results of the 30 minute and 60 minute decarboxylation experiments. Also included are the lab results from testing done prior to any artificial decarboxylation to establish a starting point. Note that because of the age of both the kief and the trim, decarboxylation had begun to take place to some degree naturally. This may not be your starting point, but should not affect the results of the experiment much.

Kief
Compound Before Decarb 30 Min Decarb 60 Min Decarb
THCA 24.5% 2.6% .1%
THC 3.8% 25.4% 25.5%
CBDA .6% .3% .3%

CBN .4% 1% 1.4%

Total Cannabanoids 29.3% 30.3% 27.4%

Seems to put cbd and thc levels up

but not sure what it would do in a low to zero thc strain, I`ve always been interested in CBA the most as that can turn into thc or cbd ?

I like to warm up some of my buds prior to vaporizing them or grinding them up, more so with something that`s not fully cured it seems to develope the taste and high a bit more

Normally it go`s on my Sky+ (tivo) box for a few hours or days as part of its final journey unless its fully cured and crispy or I`m in a rush to review something new, lol

It looks like you guys know more about that than I do. On the scope of THC effects, though Indicas make me energized and focused while Sativas tend to make me useless and really sleepy, so I am quite the opposite of the majority of people. I assume that due to this CBD may work differently on myself than others as well. I do not know the chemistry, just the growing. =)

I treat my people with respect and they kill themselves for me. Nuff said.
This right here is the single best thing dispensaries can do. Instead of treating them as ephemeral positions that a wave of people are ready to fill, treat the employees that are hard working and excellent for the great workers they are and they bend over backwards for you.

That said, I am also a business owner and southern Colorado has some REALLY bad employees across the board. I could only imagine the sheer amount of really bad employees that cause owners to tear their beards out. Not justifying behavior but understanding the impulse.

I was just thinking about that today while doing a little trimming. Nothing turns a pound of "A" bud into a pound of "B" bud like a bad trim. It's the only part of growing that I don't like (hate it, in fact, when they all finish within a couple of days of one another), but I love everything else about growing - so putting in the time and effort to do a proper trim is something I just have to do.

By the way, how did we get this far into the thread without someone piping up with "about a pound"?

The big deal here is that the best trimmers turn garbage bud into good looking bud for tourists. Ragged buds with downey mildew, powdery mildew, seeds, lepidoptera caterpillars, male stamen, and every other problem are artfully trimmed by crews at more than 11 ounces per hour ( ;) ) to the point you may THINK it is an awesome product. However, someone has already taken 40% of the bud to trim, and the odds that nasty trim gets put into a cheap "pre-roll" are pretty good.

Can you tell I am fed up with the unscrupulous BS? I don't want to say that every single dispensary is the same but most of my experience has led to my belief that it is not worth it to spend $5/gram for bunk dirty spore laden weed let alone $21/gram recreational.

There are a few dispensaries I am wholly proud of but I am not going to mention them because what do I look like free advertising? Heh.

It is simply Gro-Dan Rockwool pull-aparts (50 to a flat) that are then set into a Gro-Dan Rockwool Delta 6 or Delta 10 block, grown out a bit and then countersunk 2" into a Gro-Dan Rockwool HUGO block. Under that we have custom stainless steel trays to elevate the plants in the "rivers." Fed with 300psi pump through manifolds -- drain to waste.

So fresh and clean we have only 4 spiders who are bored to death on duty.
