I cut mine down, trimmed them up and put into a tub of water for 8 days, changing the water everyday, then i put them in a food dehydrator for about 4 hours. I think the results were good. keeping in mind you will lose flavor.

Dude I have tried the whole "water curing" method, lets just say that it did not come out so well for me. I don't think that any benefits of this outweigh the hazards. Mold & mildew can take hold so fast. If it is good already don't try to make it better after the fact, on the other hand if you have about three months, jar curing can bring out some of the finest smells and flavors.

FINALLY seem like u two were the only 2 people who actually understood what i was sayin everybody else mussa been stoned or some shit, and i wouldnt really consider my self a n00b anymore i KNOW ALOT OF SHIT I MEAN ALOT NOW but still at the same time ive only had one grow but ive done plenty of research to pretty much know wat anybody is talkin bout hydro or soil.... and really water cure make bud more succeptable to mold and mildew???i thought that since they were completly submerged in the water (meaning no air can get to it which IS how mold and mildew attack buds) they couldnt get mold???? unlesss u left it out of the bin for a long period of time.... and yeah im kinda thinkin that its a personal reference to because it basically turning ur soil grown bud into a hydro grow ....kinda, but what about the other question i had... After water curing, would throwin them in a glass jar to cure have any benifits????

your right mold and mildew should not take hold it comes about when you take it out and attempt to dry it. i didnt feel liek buying a food dehydrator so mine came out ok. i used a house space heater for a couple hours.

in reguards to curing after a water cure the awnser is no there is no need the water did it.
