Cool 1000W HPS in 4x4x6.5 room

My box is 4 ft high, 4 ft wide, 6.5 ft tall and plans on holding 16 plants in 3 gallon containers. I planned on getting an exhaust into carbon + intake down low. I figure I need 800 watts to be optimal, so I plan on getting a 1000w HPS bulb.

What would be the optimal setup for cooling the light in my box? I was told I need about a 350 CFM exhaust fan. What about the intake? Anyone have a link to "everything about exhaust fans" regarding box building?

Some pro please make it easy and just gimme a simple answer =)

Also: Should the exhaust pull or push air thru the carbon filter?

my cab is 4.5'x4.5'x8' and im running a 1000hps and my cab is only 4 degrees hotter then the ambient temp of my room.

i have a vortex fan pushing air through my cool tube and 2 6'' inline fans for intake and exhaust. 250cfm each and i havnt had any issues yet.

cheers

Sick. This is what I was looking for. Is one of your fans running thru a carbon scrubber? Ive just had the idea that the fan running thru the scrubber will need more CFM since its being blocked and slowed down by the carbon filter.
