Updating you guys, so you know how wonderful and genuine Sherry and Gorilla are.

A few weeks back another company shafted me on my re-ship when customs seized that package. Paid for their "insurance" and stealth. A month later still has yet to re-ship. All i get from customer service there still to this day is "We will send you a confirmation of shipping once that happens"

So throwing that unnamed company aside as they will never receive anymore of my money I went on the search for a new supplier. After reading this thread and seeing how active and polite Sherry was with customers (even those who were not so nice to her) I made up my mind to go with Gorilla. Purchased some Tutunkhaman and some Jack Herer. Had to wait a few weeks for the Tut to come back, but didn't mind, just meant fresh seeds. Plus, I'd been waiting so long for the other seeds, whats it going to hurt to wait a little longer. Sherry stayed in contact with me during the waiting process and even held my hand (probably more than I would like to admit) through the entire process.

Got an email last week saying they had shipped. Tracking was accurate for me and worked well. They even mailed my beans out on a Saturday, working overtime. Got my package last night after work. Enjoying those movie choices LOL. Everything came in perfect, beans looked healthy. Can't say enough good things about Sherry and my experience with Gorilla.

Curious, who was the other seed bank that shafted you? Just want to make sure I don't use a shafty myself.

This month, they changed the freebies up to all Barney's Farm strains - and, you can get some bonus Barney's Farm seeds (different from the freebies I think) if you were signed up for our newsletter so you get the coupon code.

It's a good time to order if you had plans to do so anytime soon.

How fresh are the Barney's freebies so far none have poped they were very pale and looked almost none viable think I'm gonna wait to order till they change up the freebies and my bbt looked this way the gsc are up an away hope these just take longer deff going to order again just gumna wait a bit I think

The free Barney's Farm Seeds arrived at our location the day we started giving them away so they haven't been sitting around our location for long at all. They're all prepackaged from the breeder, so I doubt our people have been inspecting them. I don't work on-site, so I'll ask someone to have a look.

Me personally, I've never had a problem with any Barney's seeds popping even after I've left them sitting around for over a year, but mine weren't light colored. I've had really good luck with the Critical Kush they're giving away. I've also ran their Cookies Kush.

I have popped pale seeds before without a problem - just not Barney's. You can't always tell how well they'll do by how they look.

Good to hear the GSC are doing good for you though - that's the important thing since it's the one you wanted and it's a pricey strain.

I hate to mud sling as I've used the company several years prior to now. However, If you look for reviews on them that are recent, most if not all are pretty negative coming from North America. On top of that there are a lot of claims of the customs seizure being faked, and that the company never mails your beans in the first place. I know my package never had green tape like I've seen from other people that got checked at customs. Only clear indistinct packing tape.

Like I said a month later and all I've heard for 3 weeks is "you will be notified with a new confirmation once we re-ship your order" It only took 2 days to ship the first time. What gives now.

Yea I'm sure they will soon I've seen super white ones pop so u can never tell I just never pinch test them just incase u never kno

It's not mud slinging if it's the truth. A bad encounter is exactly that, a bad encounter. Appreciate the info, I prefer to avoid shady vendors and this sounds like it could be one.

I've never (knock wood) had a package seized by customs, so not sure what they use to reseal the package. Complete speculations, but I heard they'll insert a notification of some kind that an item was contraband and seized.

I know with attitude, using the guaranteed shipping, their policy is 21 days after it ships if it doesn't arrive, they reship no questions asked.
Two examples of why i use them

On my very first order had a crushed seed, sent them a photo and said "hey my souvenir was damaged in shipping, can I get a replacement". Their response, just let us know on your next order. Sure enough on my next order they replaced it.

2nd example I had one package that showed "delivered" on tracking, but the post office some how lost it between my mail box and the truck. Notified attitude of the situation with a very nicely worded email. Their response "wait till 21 days, if it hasn't arrived let us know". Waited, notified got it resent for free. Funny part, about a week after the replacement arrived, the original order showed up on my doorstep.

Ive ALWAYS got my package from gorilla. But you are talking attitude seedbank? I will check them out. I like great customer service. It shows a true reflection of the company.

So after closer inspection of my gsc and all but one was worth collecting they were all white and preme or sum thing I emailed support and I just got a quick "we apologize we will reship order" I just asked them if they even looked at them I took pics and sent those as well because I only collect viable seeds and 90.00 is a lot of money for 6 didn't know if u can find out more the freebies seem to look viable but none I paid for bbt or gsc

If they reship, you don't have to pay for stealth again.

As far as seed quality goes - we're resellers. We get those seeds sealed up in the breeder packs and ship them out almost as fast as they come in. No one's looking at the seeds one by one like you would if you were putting them in the breeder packs.

Also, color doesn't always mean a seed isn't viable ...

I deff agree with the color statement just sucks paying so much didn't realize there wasn't sum sort of quality inspection when they get inventory these u can deff tell aren't viable or premature just fig I'd see and the pack was rips and see through as well u could clearly sure they will clear it up didn't know if u could find anymore about it all they said was were sorry will reship

Does Gorilla seed bank reship o riders if they don't arrive or get intercepted? I am ordering from them and want to know if anyone has any info on this the if it has happened to them or if there been any problems with delivery and how they respond to it .
I appreciate any feed back.
Hoping Gorilla can answer the question as well

I am a new buyer from Gorilla and I have already been to a couple places that won't return my emails for it's been 2 months (castle seeds bank). So I am a little nervous about the shipping and ordering if it does not come.

What if you don't get the stealth and just the discreet shipping? No reship then? Has anyone had just the descreet shipping and had any problems? Sorry I just spent over 3 bills at another place mentioned above and now not returning emails etc.. So a little short on cash and didn't want to spend the extra in case. Like I said I am a new buyer to this company so didn't want to go all out cause of previous problems with other places.

Hoping Gorilla Seedbank can help me with some of these questions since I just placed a order yesterday., I am looking for a real company that will treat there customers right and with respect .

Ive had 2 or 3 orders with gorilla and paid for discreet and got every one. Ive also had one of those searched by customs and still got my package in tact. I posted it in this thread page 18. Gorilla has the best customer service ive ever seen. As long as sherry and gavin work there im a customer forever.
