I made seeds on Vortex's a few years ago with some 3D x Kush males, but have yet to crack those. I have so many home made crosses Idk if i can ever try them all. My Vortex were leggy and thin and i had to pull early in legal fear of over-limit growing a cop had seen. She did not give a shit i guess after i made her read my papers. Twice. In her face-style.."I would like you to read this one more time before you leave, please." She kind of groaned. I'd showed her the papers first thing. I was later told by my neighbor, a SWAT cop with a different police department, that even the obvious and smelly REAL grow house down the block was 100% safe from enforcement. He said as soon as they see the legal papers at the door they are obligated to leave. This is San Francisco Bay Area.

Sorry to keep replying. I'm pulling my wimpy and tall sprouts and i am sprouting more today too. I make seeds to do my own free searches. I'm looking for short plants that are stocky for next season's indoor use, and to focus a little on Purple and Indica in addition to my hybrids. I'm dumping these slow starter's that are also growing tall and weak looking. Some are half Kush, so the height is normal and doesn't mean it's male. A lot of Kush, and my Vortex's too, just grow too tall and with too few buds between stretched out branches. You made me want to keep sprouting. I'm supposed to have a power guy out from PGE soon for other stuff. Watch them give me stink-eye for growing. Watch me shove my papers in their faces. I'm on Disability too so they can eat a proverbial dong for all i care.

I tried to crack ten seeds from a Sour Secret x 9 LB Hammer, but none popped. I think they had not hardened enough yet from harvesting. I make seeds on pre-flowers with the brush-method and in a veg chamber too where a male Dr Who is residing covered in pollen sacs next to the fan getting clobbered by open blades. I did crack The True OG x 9LB Hammer seeds, and some seeds from a Querkle which are mystery seeds. Either by Purple DeathStar or 9LB hermie. No matter, it'll be cool. I made an Urkle OG a couple years ago which also has some seeds. I'm cracking those looking for the leaf patterns found on Urkle and on Querkle for some Urkle dom seeds. I found one so far. The serrations on the big leaves have a long span between them on Querkle and Urkle.

My 22 year old lives with me and he asked a few months ago, "Dad, is there some way we can keep the dog's hair out of the buds?" Shit flies off a 15 lb dog and even ends up in a underground grow which is contained and filtered. It blows in when the door is opened. I thought of calling a strain, "DogHair". "What is this weed, dude?" "It's the new 'DogHair' bud."

I'm a quarter Mexican but i'm white-looking as can be. My son and me are literally the only caucasians on this block and almost the only home owners. You can't rent and grow here anymore anywhere. The landlords make you sign and it specifically bans growing so i bought a house in the worst and poorest city in the SF Bay Area. We are the good people here. I filter my odors. The cops drive by all the time. This town is #6 on the FBI list of most dangerous cities in America. There's twenty-five top cities, and it ain't Compton or East LA making the list. #5 is Oakland and it was too good for us..So we live in Richmond. #6 on the dangerous list, which is two towns over and pretty much Oakland. I'm debating even growing outdoors. The number of gangs is huge and they are literally on every block around us here. So, as far as growing? Shit, we're as innocent as lambs here and my son knows: The legal grow papers are on a clipboard at the door with my Disability papers. Plus, no one calls police here. There's a ton of unsolved murders, and killers walking free because no one will tell out of fear. I made friends all up and down the block so the locals look out for our house and nobody can ever break in here now. I know the good, the bad, and the ugly. I give food to a homeless lady if she knocks on my door hungry. I met the A#1 OG retired dope dealer here too and he's a legend. We are planted here. I kick down to a neighbor kid too for good will. He has MMJ status, he shares with people, keeps secrets, and helps us feel safe here in gangster town because he knows every person walking the block. It's a transit street. Buses, two blocks from light rail to San Francisco, and this is a refinery and port town too so it's very busy. My little bullshit growing is nothing to the police here and they'll never be aware or care.

Someone cool on here somewhere commented on my crossing an Urkle clone x (SFVOG clone x ChemdawgIV) because there is already a ton of Urkle Kush, Purple Kush, GDP crosses, and Urkle back-crosses, etc., I have Querkle, i have Deep Purple, I have The Purps, etc., but I am looking for some Holy Grail weed and half of what exists that is good is some random-ass, one-off, one seed, clone-only shit that cannot be recreated. I want one of those...it's called, DogHair. jk. i do have an Urkle OG that is sick. I also have one cross that's super complicated (And it's been crossed again now by Purple DeathStar and DR Who). I have some that smell in the jar like the rank/dank odor of the "rotten, baby-poo" odor because of the Apollo 13 contained in The Third Dimension, and in my foul-smelling Durban IBL (plus Purps, SFV, Chemdawg). But when you squeeze or crush the buds and take a sniff you smell the grape and the berries of The Purps. And the Purps is only 1/5th of the actual strain. I used Durban Poison because i have it in a thousand seeds from twenty five females over time, but mostly because it is supposed to have a lot of THC-V in it which is supposedly good for pain. And supposedly in GSC strains. It's just fun anyway. I've never grown my Durban indoors. Smells like anise and licorice. Tastes like crap and has lower THC which some people i know enjoyed.

Some of the 1st weed I grew was Durban Poison from an older dutch seedbank. It was nice fat sticks and it was a giggly high but not a long laster. I enjoy seeing what you cross and make seeds from.

Under the canopy shot, 2 Blue thai, 2 Locomotion.

Throughout the grow i used the dimmer a lot, at the lowest setting the draw is approximately 300watt and at maximum 800watt.

Off the Locomotion i pulled approximately 350 grams of solid bud, and about 300 grams of the Blue Thai.

Also i had about 175 grams of lower bud / trim which i dry sifted, then i rosin tech'd and got around 6 grams of rosin.

Nice Locomotion. I have a friend starting some of those now. Can anyone point me in the direction of some Go Time pics? Besides at the website. Can't wait to start them.
